Hello all,I would like to know the purpose of Calendar under Customers (AR303000)→ Shipping tab. I’m looking to setup the calendar where whenever the sales orders is created the Shipment should be generate for Monday. How can I set this up out of the box?

I created a Prepayment Request for 50% of a PO and processed the prepayment payment. After that, I received the goods, created an AP Bill for the same 50%, and applied the prepayment to the bill to close it.Now I’m trying to create another PO Prepayment Request for the remaining 50% balance, but Acumatica shows $0.00 remaining and won’t let me request any additional prepayment. It looks like Acumatica is reducing the PO’s remaining amount by both the prepayment and the AP bill.Is this expected behavior? If not, what’s the correct workflow to prepay 50%, receive and bill that portion against the prepayment, and then prepay the remaining PO balance?

Once cross-sell suggestions have been generated and then approved on the Manage Cross-Sell Suggestion form, is there a way to un-approve this suggestion.  The related item can be deleted from the Stock Items Related Items tab, but would be helpful if there was a way to do this on a process screen instead of individually.

Hello,How can we set the Form View as the default view for a Grid? By default, the grid displays in Grid View, but we would like it to open in Form View instead.Please refer to the screenshot below for reference. Hello all,I have created 3 SOs for the same customers on different dates. I then created a single Shipment for those 3 SOs but upon creating an invoice, from the Shipments screen, it create 3 individual invoices. i did check under the order Types, Bill Separately checkbox is inactive.Not only this when the other day I created another set of SO for another customer, 3 SOs → 1 Shipment, it generate 2 invoices from the single shipment for 3 SOs. What could be the other reason for so?Any thoughts?

What is the proper way to record Sales to Lessors for your Customer?  For example, ABC Services Inc. (the “real” customer) is planning to “buy” a Trailer (the product) from us but have XYZ Leasing Inc. purchase it and lease to ABC Services.XYZ Leasing is instructing us to record them as the Customer in Acumatica and reference ABC Services in the Ship To address.  I think this is wrong - I feel the “real” customer ABC Services should the Customer in Acumatica and XYZ Leasing should be in the Bill To address.Does anyone have a creative way to do this and satisfy lessors requirements?  Should we be looking at parent-child relationships, Customer Locations, etc.?

Hi all.Currently, the system uses the “Available” quantity to validate stock when creating a Sales Order. As a result, a warning message is triggered when there is insufficient “Available” stock (please refer to the attached screenshot). However, the internal process is based on the “Available to Ship” quantity rather than “Available”.Could you please confirm if it is possible to modify the warning logic to reference “Available to Ship” instead of “Available”? This would ensure the system behavior aligns with our operational workflow.I have tried it adjust this with “Availability Calculation Rules” but was unsuccessful.Appreciate your guidance on this.Thanks in advance!

Our customer is trying to sync orders with Shopify connected to TicTok.  The orders from TicTok are fulfilled by TicTok (similar to Amazon FBA process).  With only one Acumatica Shopify connector, the orders are coming in as standard sales orders not SO IN orders to be able to process the standard Shopify orders.My plan is to setup a business event based on a GI that detects any new FBT (fulfilled by TicTok) orders and run an import to run the Quick Process action.  I need some help getting the Import Scenario configured.  I have tried several variations on the mappings but have not had any success.  The default settings when the Quick Process action is initiated are satisfactory instead of setting the date and warehouse. The current error message is ‘The Save button is not enabled’.  Thank you in advance for your time and s

Hi All,I came across a situation where I see Acumatica changed quantities based on applying a filter to a column within the Transaction History. When I apply a filter on "Tran. Type" to only show adjustment, it changes the ending quantity amount. It seems to remove the 10/2/2025 issue transaction from the math.

Is it possible in Acumatica ERP for an RMA order type to generate two open shipments simultaneously — one outbound shipment and one return shipment?The scenario is that a customer is receiving a replacement item while the original item is collected during the same driver visit. This is for bulky furniture items, where separate collection and delivery visits are operationally inefficient.The key requirement is the ability to create:an outbound shipment for the replacement item, and a return shipment for the item being collected…both generated together from the same RMA/replacement process, so they can effectively be treated as a linked operation operationally.Has anyone implemented something similar? I have a single user, out of 125, that does not have the drop down for inventory items when entering a sales order (see below). This is incredibly frustrating to the user because he is new and doesn’t know all of our products. How can I get this drop down to appear for him? Any ideas why it wouldn’t be showing up for just him? Thank you! 

Our company raises and sells exotic wildlife and needs to be able to capture the customer’s signature at delivery of the live animals - does anyone have any recommendations on how to do this?Ideally, they would also be able to note if an animal was NOT delivered/accepted for any reason. These notes would then route back to Accounting so we can make the necessary adjustments.We do the vast majority of the deliveries ourselves and need the delivery team to be able to pull up to a ranch, release the animals, have the customer sign off, and then the delivery team can confirm the shipment and send a signed copy to the customer.

I have a user who is concerned about the Manual Price checkbox being checked on the Invoice but it is not checked on the Sales Order. From what I can see, the prices are the same on the SO and Invoice. Where is the system getting this Manual Price field from? It is the same on the other invoices that I have checked. 

Hello all,I have a requirement where if a customer wants to return an item, the replacement item is first shipped and then the older item is received. Now in this case, the replaced item could be different than the originalone. How can I process this?

Does anyone know the answer to this question from our customer? We are getting ready to go live with the ability to ship internationally out of Acumatica. We were testing a shipment this morning and comparing the label that printed to the label that prints from UPS Worldship, and the Worldship label has a second label printed that is a barcode version of the commercial invoice.  Is it possible that we can get the commercial invoice that is created in acumatica to also print out as a second label to be placed on the package? We were told by our UPS rep that the second barcode label needs to be on the box so customs can scan and bring it up electronically. 

In SALES ORERS/ TRANSACTIONS SHIPMENTS. Whether the shipment is unpicked, picked, or picked an packed there is a function when you used to be able to  “correct the shipment”. This feature now just returns an error, and locks the order up. If you don’t wish to finish the shipment and send to invoicing, you can’t change how the product was packed into boxes, you can’t put it on hold and delete the picklist (which allowed me, formerlly, to then delete the shipment) So reverse the order through all it’s steps, after the picking was confirmed, to delete the picklist, then the shipment. I now have a bunch of orders tied up like this due to user error (error confirming before finishing picking and the like, you know human stuff, and now cannot correct the errors.  It is super frustrating. So far I waited a week for acumatica to respond to my software vendor SWK’s issue, as the error that Acumatica was generating says “ERRORS HAVE OCCURRED” and correcting the shipment fails, t
