Hello,      Happy 2026.     Our company's scenario is as follows: We have two branches – Branch A (corresponding to Warehouse A) and Branch B (corresponding to Warehouse B).    We have certain items that are centrally procured by Branch A but sold to end customers by Branch B.    When using the replenishment function, we hope to monitor the inventory of Warehouse B. Specifically, when Warehouse B's inventory falls below the reorder point, it should trigger the preparation for replenishment.     However, we want the procurement to be conducted by Branch A with the vendor. In other words, the generated Purchase Order (PO) should be issued by Branch A (linked to Warehouse A) to the vendor.Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi, I am trying to find a way to assign a specific location for all parts in a disassembly.  Is this possible without manually going through and changing all the locations?  The locations that appear in the disassembly process are the receipt locations noted by each item in its item profile.  I would like to override this and make all the parts go to a specific location in my warehouse when we do a disassembly.  Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

I want to know if we could ourself activate the Inventory module/screen in the mobile app or if it’s in the plan to have it soon.That would be very helpful for anybody that are on the road (like a sales rep.) and discuss with customer to validate if inventory in available, confirm prices (and any other information that could be done via website)… instead having to create a quote or order because it’s not efficient with actual version.The web version is not easy to navigate on cell phone and lot of work could be done/review directly on our cell phone in 2025… but not something easy as “Do you have item X in stock” with Acumatica app.I saw that someone asked question 3 years, but was hoping to have a positive update 3 years later !

HiWhen there is a nil value in the sales order form, the line level normally shows an error message saying there is 0 value in the inventory. The error message was showing for some time. But now it does not demonstrate on the form even though the inventory balance is 0. is there a special option to enable that error message? 

Hello,Can someone please explain to be how and why inventory inconsistencies occur in the system which gets rectified when the inventory recalculation is executed. I have seen in many client instances where the quantities are sitting in SO booked or SO backorder however when looking into the inventory allocation details no transactions are available for these quantities. and once the inventory recalculation is executed the quantities refreshes to the correct value.Can anyone explain to me why this happens in the system please?thank you so much in advance and appreciate your kind support in this.

Hello, we have a situation where we need to use a different variance account for a landed cost code. I changed the landed cost code variance account, but when the adjustment is created it pulls from the inventory item.  I do not have the option to clear out the landed cost variance GL code mapping on the posting class. I guess my question is, why is the landed cost variance account code account an available field on the landed cost code if there is no override button to point to the landed cost code variance account on the landed cost variance GL code code vs pulling the landed cost code from the inventory item? 

Hello, Is there anyone who has done the calculation and got the exact % of Max Turnover as Acumatica and checked whether it gets the correct class selected, Acumatica help provides the below calculation,Inventory turnover rate for an item for a period is calculated as Quantity Sold during a turnover period / Average Quantity on Hand. The Average Quantity on Hand is calculated as a sum of on-hand quantities at the end of each last 12 periods divided by the number of periods in the last financial year, including the analyzed period.I cannot understand when calculating the Average Quantity on Hand, does it consider the periods inside the analyzed period year or it takes 12 periods back and whether it includes the adjustment period too?Thank You

We have been on 2025 r1 for months without any issues.  Today we are unable to generate USPS Priority labels, we receive a popup error, This file already exists.  We can generate USPS Ground and Fedex labels without issue.We are using the easypost connector, if i login to the site i can generate labels without any issues.I already tried setting up a new carrier in Acumatica and mapping the shipvia to that carrier, same error.  Any ideas?

Received the following error while trying to release an adjustment. Mind you the adjustment is set for Nov.4 but the items on it are tied to a receipt that was made on Nov.5th. There is sufficient on-hand to complete this, but I am curious if the date is the issue?   

If an item is marked as Planning Method = Inventory Replenishment, the system will calculate and suggest planning figures such as safety stock, reorder point, max quantity. If an item is marked as DRP instead, is there any way for the system to suggest these figures?

When I do a transfer with the scan in Acumatica Mobile the transfer appear in Balance, how I do for change that and the transfer appear in release when a finish the transfer with the scan? Regards

We just implemented RGAs in Acumatica.We have a scenario where customer orders A, but we ship B on accident.  We need to credit them A and possibly send a replacement, but they are returning B so we will never really close out that return.  We get product B back, but it isn’t associated with any order.How do other users handle this?Price adjust B to 0 on the return so they don’t get a credit for it?

Is there a way to set min/max levels at the location level and setup replenishment triggers between locations to replenish to/from?  Could not find anything with WMS activated.

Hello,I have several Sales Orders that are completely shipped and invoiced, but are stuck on Open or Back Order status.  I have even reopened them, added lines, shipped everything, invoiced it (with $0 amounts) and tried to close it, but it will not work.  All of the invoices and shipments related to the SOs have been completed. I have tried using the Process Orders Screen, but it is not showing up in any of the options there either. Curiously, in one example the ordered Quantity in the header is 1,590, but the shipped quantity is 955 on the Shipments tab.  The 955 is the correct quantity, but I’m unable to make a new shipment from the SO or directly from the Shipments screen and adding the SO.

Has anybody figured out how to show multiple tracking numbers per shipment, so we can have that populated in an email template to notify our customers with all tracking numbers along with the URL linked. Just looking for an example if somebody has cracked this code. Scenario: Shipment document might have few line items which needs to be shipped and the shipper packages into multiple boxes and gets tracking number for all those boxes, the tracking number gets stored against each package. How do we show those tracking numbers in the email template with looping so it has the tracking number and URL to click. Appreciate the response.

When sending SO to customer, how do I add the salesperson’s email in CC in my notification template? I’ve tried the below which doesn’t work. Appreciate if someone can help please.

We currently are using the Distribution Management Software. At the time we started that software, we weren't doing much “Production”. We are now doing a lot more but not enough to validate moving to the Manufacturing Software.Any suggestions on a light production module that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to run? We don't need a lot of the “Bells & Whistles” that a lot of add-ons offer. I understand the cost for installation and training. Hi All, We are the option of adjusting the Unit Price for a Sales Order after a Shipment was created and/or completed. In Sales Order status language in the Status of Shipping/Back Order/Complete.The Invoice won’t be created yet. And the goal is to have the Order and Invoice match up in case of Error on original Price Entry and it going through Approval without being caught. I tried Workflow Adjustments and Graph Extension on the SOOrderEntry Graph but wasn’t able to Enable the Unit Price field. I tried both Cury Unit Price and Unit Price. Any ideas on how to achieve this or is this something that Acumatica just doesn’t allow due to being too risky/invasive?
