Hello! We are currently building out our manufacturing area of Acumatica and onboarding our factory/shop employees to start using Acumatica to complete the move transactions work center by work center. Is there any way to create a dashboard that shows where each production order is by the work center? I have looked into the APS Module, but we are not at the stage where we can capacity plan based on setup times, labor times, work center capacity, etc. Is there anyway to utilize the DAC and formulas to craft this into a GI? Thank you!

I want to create Generic Inquiry for Vendor Name, Account Name and ReportID 

We would like to create a customization that takes the output of a given screen (let’s assume sales quote or estimate) and have it export a customized excel spreadsheet with that information.In our use case, we need to have several tabs in the exported file pre-defined (sort of like a template) and on one of the tabs the data from the screen being exported needs to be formatted a particular way (sor of like a stylesheet).I had thought about using a report as an intermediate step (where you have a little bit more control over the excel export) but I’m unaware of a way to have that result in multiple tabs. (incidentally, is there a way to “style” the exported cells from a report?)Thanks

Hello Everyone,I created a custom printed form and added it to the site map. I also created a customization project to allow this form to be printed from the Sales Order screen via Action Menu > Printing & Emailing. However, after publishing the customization, the report is not visible in the menu.The custom form has the correct access rights and works fine from the Printed Forms screen, but it does not appear under Printing & Emailing in the Sales Order screen.Acumatica Cloud ERP 2024 R2Build 24.203.0023Please see my screenshot and advise.  Thank youJennifer

Hi community,I need some help with a formatting issue. In a Sales Order report, I am using a subreport to fetch VAT and SVAT values, and the values are being retrieved correctly. However, there is a formatting issue. The numbers are displayed like 1669.18, but I want them to be formatted with thousand separators, like 1,669.18. I tried using ‘#,##0.00’ and ‘SOLine.OrderQty.Format’ to change the value format, but it didn’t work. Does anyone have a solution to fix this.  

Hi Everyone,I am currently making modifications to the lot/serial number report to display project IDs and tasks. However, I cannot seem to find the correct table to relate to INLotSerialStatusByCostLayerType in order to display the project data. I have tried using INTran and INCostCenter, but I keep encountering duplicates. Can anyone provide guidance on how to correctly relate these tables?

We are very new to Acumatica.  We have monthly consolidated scheduled ocean shipments. Most of my ‘DEFER” on the exception list is due to we put in on the earlier ocean to arrive in time. For instance, I have a 6/25/25 scheduled ocean, and MRP is telling me to DEF to 7/9/25. I don’t have a 7/9/25 ocean, and need to make sure it’s on the 6/25/25 ocean.  Is there any schedule we can put in for our ocean, or once it moves to “IT-OCEAN-MTL” warehouse, it won’t show to defer or expedite since it’s not possible for either. 

Hi, I currently have new fields on the Tools screen to make it more useful. I have a custom selector called AMToolMstExt.usrToolLocation and AMToolMstExt.useToolWarehouse. I need to dynamically break the page in a report based on transaction volume. The default printing height is 20 cm. When the transaction volume exceeds 20 cm, the report should break after the end of all transactions. Similarly, if the transaction volume is below 20 cm, the report should break after the end of the last transaction before reaching 20 cm.How is this possible?

We maintain nearly all of our pricing at the customer level  (very few at Base level and none at a Customer Price Class level) and the inventory ID has all of our customer cross-references.  When we setup the sales price profile for a customer/inventory ID combination the Alternate ID does not populate if we create the line and enter using the inventory ID.  But if we enter the Alt ID in the inventory ID field, it will replace the Alt ID with the proper inventory ID and populate the Alt ID with the correct Alt ID (b/c we have the box checked to do so on the Accounts Receivable preferences tab.)  Is this a bug that the alt  ID is not populated when using the inventory ID or is the Alt ID only serve functionally to allow you to load pricing using the alt ID rather than a stock item?   Thanks for any help.  

Hi,A client has recently requested that the Source field in the Contacts screen (first image below) be made mandatory as they are wanting to do some reporting on this field. However, now that it is a required field, users can no longer create a contact via the Business Accounts screen as the dialog box doesn’t have a Source field option for them to fill out. They receive the error shown in the third image below when trying to create a new contact via this method.For now, I have told them to create contacts in the Contacts screen and assign the relevant Business Account, but they would like to still be able to add contacts in the Business Accounts screen.Is there a way to add the Source field to this dialog box and ensure the Create Contact process still works as expected? I had a look in the customisation project and I can only choose a small number of fields, as shown in the second image below.Let me know if I can provide any extra information.Kin

i am trying to setup Total row in ARM, after set formula in column. How do I display the total that I have created in the row set? I was asked to create a Trial Balance with an ending balance of Debit and Credit, as a result the column uses a fairly long formula. My guess is that because of the formula, the total row set cannot display the sum. or maybe because I am using a subaccount Row Set the total row set cannot display the sum. Thank you,Jefri

Hi, I created a PO using a normal type for a stock item in a project. I created an issue to allocate the expense to the project. No issues there. I applied a PO receipt against the PO and paid the A/P bill. I do not need to reverse the A/P bill. However, I want to reverse the stock item out of the project and put it back to inventory by doing a PO Receipt return. I am on 24r1 and keep on getting this error message below what I am doing wrong? Is there another way to reverse out an expense allocated to a PO and stock item in a project? I don’t have a warehouse 236. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information I can provide.  Thanks,Frances  

Hi,I created a cost budget line item and created a Project Drop Ship PO on a stock item. I applied a PO Receipt and entered the A/P Bill for the PO. However, Acumatica is creating a duplicate line item like below: but when the expense is allocated to the project via A/P it’s offsetting against the correct line item below:Here are my project preferences on drop shipments:  What I am I doing wrong? HI, We have created an employee time card and created a Pro forma invoice.In Pro forma Invoice we have changed the Qty to invoice as less amount.We changed the line status to "Hold Remainder".When we ran the next billing, the system created 2nd invoice lines as we expected.However, the remaining qty(From the Previous bill) relevant lines have been duplicated.Could we stop this duplication? Good day.I am not sure what the problem is for the Row Set (ALLACCOUNTS).  I have three accounts that are not showing on the TB and TB Roll ARM Reports.Accounts: 85425/85450/85475.  I thought if I fixed Code 00135 with the Value =@00135*-1. It fix the issue.  No luck.  Any suggests.  I would to not have to fix this when Accounting adds new accounts.   

We have a large number of refunds to write off, the refunds are coming from Shopify→ Acumatica, Is there is a Best process to handle this scenario? I have seen a below article but Looking for additional suggestions. Currently I have created a credit memo for 0.01 and applied to refund to close the document.

Dear Acumatica Community,We’re connected to Shopify via the connector and using Shopify Payments for website CC processing. We also accept PayPal payments online. However, when we try to add our website payments to our general ledger, the Payment Method displays as “SHOPIFYCC” for all website payments, even the PayPal payments!We want the Payment Method to display as ‘PayPal’ so we can isolate those payments for reconciliation purposes. Does anyone have a fix for this if you are using Shopify Payments online?

We have a Call Sales Report in Report Designer that shows all of the notes/comments a sales rep has entered based on a date range. When the report is put into production and brought up as an axd the full report does not show. Clicking on the HTML also reveals that a major portion of the report is missing as the report should be several pages long, but only one page shows up. Even exporting the report as a PDF has missing parts of the report. In the Report Designer → Common Settings, PdfCompressed = TRUE, PDFFontEmbedded = TRUE, PrintAllPages = TRUE, ViewPDF = TRUE. I’ve tried using the ConvertHtmlToText = False, that cut off the headers (headers have the account number and business name for each visit) for each days entrys. CanGrow = True, CanShrink = True, CanSplit=True. Any suggestions as to how this can be fixed will be appreciated.
