I know Constraint is what defines it, but obviously the start and end date won’t be the same for every Production Order. What would automatically adjust the end date to be a different day from the start day?

The duration of the production order and the working calendar determine how many days it will take to complete production.  Capacity is not considered until you run Rough Cut Planning (if you have APS and perform finite scheduling)

There is a white paper published on Acumatica Communities for Production Scheduling if you want more details.

Thanks for this. I’ll be looking over this. Where exactly is the duration for the production order? I’ve been looking through the order form and I don’t see a place for that.

The planned labor time represents the amount of time it will take to produce the finished good.

This is calculated based on the run rate of each operation of the production order.
