I received the error message, “Another process has added the 'AR Invoice' record. " Please help and support me.

We’re encountering the same issue. Could you please check whether any business events are configured on the screens that might be preventing you from completing the process? If so, deactivate them and try again.

Any customization present for the Shipment screen? If yes, have you tried unpublishing the package and checking again? If any customization exists, please share the details—it will help in identifying the issue
