I have been trying to create Automation Schedules for the Generic InquiryBut I am getting the error of“Graph Name can not be empty”. This screen can not be automated, although the screenID was not empty while saving Generic Inquiry is created from the Customization Project, where Custom DAC is created from “View”(xnxv_GlobalAPReport) in SQL
Hi everyone,I’m facing a strange issue in a customization for POOrderEntry.I have a custom DAC TwTransportThl linked to POOrder by OrderType/OrderNbr, displayed in a grid under a “Transport” tab.The DAC includes fields like CountryID, State, AddressLine1, TransportType, etc.The behavior:When I change CountryID the first time everything works fine, one row is updated and TransportType stays as selected. When I change CountryID again and saves the grid suddenly shows two rows and TransportType resets to the default value “LO” (from [PXDefault]).If I delete that default, the field becomes empty.Tseems related to postback/CommitChanges
Hello all I’m upgrading our product to 25r2 and find that this code that redirects to a GI named ISPSAllocationWHOrderSOLineSplits&SOOrderNbr has an issue. In 25r1 this forwarded to a GenericInquiry.aspx and now it’s GenericInquiry.html. The ‘Slot A’ text makes me think that the Modern UI might not be working correctly string inqName = $"ISPSAllocationWHOrderSOLineSplits&SOOrderNbr={WHOrderToRedirectTo.OrderNbr}&SOOrderType={WHOrderToRedirectTo.OrderType}&WHOrderNbr={WHOrderToRedirectTo.WHOrderNbr}";throw new PXRedirectToGIRequiredException(inqName, PXBaseRedirectException.WindowMode.New, true); sends me to a GI page that doesn’t seem to work correctly
I have created a customization to convert a PO created from the Requisitions screen to a Project-Drop Ship PO. It would be nice if that was an option on the requisitions screen, but it is not. When you create an order from the requisitions screen, it creates a standard PO. I have an action on the Purchase Orders screen to convert it to a Project-Drop Ship PO. The code is hacky, but it works. After the action completes, the PO screen is cleared ready for a new PO. I want to redisplay the screen with the PO that was just converted. It is a pain for the user to have to lookup the PO again after it was converted.I’ve tried MANY ways to try to do a PXRedirect back to the PO screen but I cannot quite get it working. If I do the convert, my current redirect sort of works. The details grid gets populated, but the header fields do not. If you click Cancel, it fills the fields. I don’t know how I can click Cancel programmatically after the redirect. This is what the screen looks like after t
I’m trying to make some edits to this class and I’m not sure how to access it.
Hi Team, We have a requirement where we are using the Acumatica OpenAPI Specification to make API calls to Acumatica. We are able to find and use the standard operations such as Create, Get, Update, and Delete for various entities. However, we couldn’t find any specification or endpoint for retrieving files or image data associated with these entities. Using the Contract-Based API and the Files entity, we are able to retrieve file data successfully. However, we are unable to locate the Files entity within the OpenAPI Specification. Could you please guide us on how we can achieve the same functionality using the OpenAPI Specification?
I need to make a copy of an existing screen in Acumatica, and I’m looking for a way to do it that will allow the screen to follow through with an upgrade without breaking.I followed the instructions in this topic: Is it possible to copy existing screens? | Community . That worked, but when we did an upgrade, the copied files were lost. Also, that method requires direct access to the server.I know you can make a new screen in a customization, but I am not sure the correct way to use that to make a copy of an existing screen to then customize. I would appreciate if someone could provide the steps to make a copy of an existing screen in a customization that could be published even after an application upgrade. For example, I would like to copy and customize the service order screen FS300100.
How can I hold the value of the Currency rate set within a Purchase Order screen so that it will populate through to the Purchase Receipt document as well as the attached Payment/Prepayment.This will override the system functionality to use the current Date of the Document to take the Currency Rate.Currency Rate [CurrencyInfo.curyRate] is updated with a Save in the Purchase Order, this value will be used to populate both the Purchase Receipt (PO302000) and the Bill and Adjustment Screen (AP301000) Screens when each screen is entered. Once a follow on (Receipt of Payment) Document has been created the Currency rate can then be updated but as a base the Rate from the Purchase Order Currency Rate. How can I achieve this in terms of a customization?Thank you!
I have a problem with this action when clicking on convert project. This is what I want. When I click "Convert to Project," the highlighted fields should be checked by default. I added this change, but it doesn't work. When I trace through code, I see that the fields are checked, but when I finish tracing and view the dashboard, they're still unchecked. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. My code:namespace PX.Objects.PM{ // Acuminator disable once PX1016 ExtensionDoesNotDeclareIsActiveMethod extension should be constantly active public class PMQuoteMaint_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.PM.PMQuoteMaint> { #region Event Handlers public delegate Boolean ValidateQuoteBeforeConvertToProjectDelegate(PMQuote row, ref Int32 productErrorsCount); [PXOverride] public Boolean ValidateQuoteBeforeConvertToProject(PMQuote row, ref Int32 productErrorsCount, ValidateQuoteBeforeConvertToProjectDelegate baseMethod) { if (Base.ConvertQuo
Hello Guys,I’m working on an external approval process for my company. It works well. But I found an issue yesterday. When I click Shipment tab in Sales Orders(SO301000) screen, system will pop out an error.I think the reason is I had add three new statuses in Shipment for the approval process. Anyone knows how to fix this? Thank you.
I would like to add user-defined field to this screen, but I could not find the option ‘Manage User-Defined Fields’. Is there any way I can go about doing this?
When I package a file located in “FrontendSources\screen\src\development\tenant\screens\”, it appears in “Modern UI Files.”The recommendation for new screens that are converted is to place the .ts and .html files in “FrontendSources\screen\src\screens”, but these files do not appear in “Modern UI Files” due to their location. If I move the .ts and .html files of these new screens to “FrontendSources\screen\src\development\tenant\screens\XX/XX000000” and publish them in another instance, the screen is not recognized, and the issue is that after publishing, the screen appears blank.
I got a text input in my customize screen, which was declared as multiple line input in classical UI page like:<px:PXTextEdit TextAlign="Justify" TextMode="MultiLine" CommitChanges="True" Enabled="False" runat="server" ID="TeLogFile" Width="1200px" Height="900px" DataField="LabelXml" > it will shows as a text area with a scroll bar, just like the Description area in this community website. But after I convert this page to Modern UI, it now just shows like a normal text input control with single line, even I tried to use the grammar form the Modern UI document to declare it is multiple line input, it does not changed, here is how it is defined in Modern UI html and ts file:html:<field name="LabelXml" ></field>ts:@controlConfig({rows:75}) LabelXml : PXFieldState<PXFieldOptions.Disabled|PXFieldOptions.Multiline>;And here is what it looks like in two different UI: Classical: Modern:If anyone knows how to make this multiple line control works, please let me know
When I click on CUSTOMIZATION, it doesn't show the standard 'Edit Generic Inquiry' option. How can I modify it to add two additional columns?
I need to union Customer Details and Vendor Details at one table(by business account). How i can do this?
Hello Is it possible to create a GI with a union on 2025 R2, given that it now permits the following.
Hello! I am no expert in C# in customization projects so all my knowledge is based on ChatGPT, which has been super helpful so far. We have a UDF currently made available on the SOLine on Details tab. It is a string data type and is a drop-down combo box. The goal: this UDF should only be editable when the item on this SO is in a specific item class (CUSTOMNS). If the item is not in this item class, then the field should be locked and not editable.I have pasted the codes below, open to any suggestions. I am able to publish the project, but with what I have, the field is locked and not editable regardless of the item class. Thanks in advance! The UDF code is:[PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Merge)][PXStringList( new string[] { "MCC", "FORMENS", "JTex", "HongKong" }, new string[] { "MCC", "Formens", "JTex", "HongKong" })][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Factory ID", Enabled = false)]I also manually added a SOOrderEntry Graph Extension: using System;using PX.Data;using PX.Objects.SO
Hello,I’ve added a user-defined field to the Journal Transactions screen and would like to move it to the Document tab. We previously opened a case with customer support, and they confirmed that this isn’t currently supported - but mentioned it may be available in future versions. Our client is using Acumatica 2025 R1. Is there any known workaround or customization approach that would allow us to reposition the field to the Document tab?Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
Hello everyone,I have upgraded a customization project to 25R2.Previously, in 25R1, custom screens were hidden when the corresponding feature was disabled on the Enable/Disable Features screen. (Customization project contains a Features.xml file that lists these custom screens). Now, in 25R2, if the feature is disabled, I can still open the screens; however, they are blank and only show a title.I can't find any information about this change in the Release Notes. Is it possible to achieve the previous behavior?
I have a DAC extension on BAccount, with a few custom fields that I’ve added to the aspx page for display on the Employees screen. One of these custom fields “AP Vendor”, implements a PXSelector to select a vendor record. The selector popup shows the vendor records, but if I select one, it doesn’t populate the field. If I try to type a value in the field, the list pops up, but still no value is saved when I select it. I even inserted a valid BAccountID into the field via database query and it still didn’t display anything on the screen. Here’s the DAC code. #region UsrSWAPVendor [PXDBInt()] [PXSelector(typeof(SelectFrom<VendorR>. Where<VendorR.type.IsNotEqual<BAccountType.employeeType>>. SearchFor<VendorR.bAccountID>), typeof(VendorR.acctCD), typeof(VendorR.acctName), typeof(VendorR.classID), SubstituteKey = typeof(VendorR.acctCD), DescriptionField = t
The below is the URL for OData{{host}}/OData/Juul/AcmBigQuery?$top=100&$format=jsonThe GI AcmBigQuery is based on the Custom DAC inside the CustomizationProject. Even though the customization project is published I am getting the Error of “Not Found”
Hello, I have added a User Defined Field on Journal Transactions screen. Is it possible to make this field enabled for all statuses? I have tried to add code in the RowSelected event, but it does not work: protected void Batch_RowSelected(PXCache cache, PXRowSelectedEventArgs e) { var row = e.Row as Batch; if (row == null) return; PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled(cache, row, "AttributeRECURRING", true); } I have also tried to add an extension of the Default workflow, but it does not work too. Any help is appreciated!

I have been searching for a way to get tigher Acumatica UI Integration with third-party systems. The webhook feature seems to get us a lot closer to this possibility, where we can receive a JSON payload from a third party system on demand and then process that payload with Acumatica framework. Is it possible to target a specific user session for a UI update with Acumatica framework? The idea, for example, would be to push a sales order line to an existing order, and then update the UI for any user who is currently working with that Sales Order.Has anyone done anything similar to this in the past?
Row-Level Security (RLS for short in this article) is an Acumatica feature that allows users to configure visibility of information on a row-to-row level for each login (according to their role). Feature explanationRow visibility is configured using *restriction groups*. There are different types of restriction groups, which also differ in their way of handling cross-group relations. To understand how this works, I suggest you read official Row-Level Security manual (first 6 chapters are general use; the rest are explaining individual module configurations, which might not be needed in your task). Types of restriction groups and rules on how they interact with each other are explained in the Types of Restriction Groups chapter. It also has some examples with useful diagrams, which make it easier to understand. Implement your custom row level security setupHere's the checklist of what you need to enable RLS for your DAC:Implement PX.SM.IRestricted and PX.SM.IIncludable in your DAC;
