We did a massive client upgrade from Version 19 (which only runs in Internet Explorer) to 23.113.0042
The snapshot is too large to move, so we enabled external file storage LOCALLY, moved those files into an AZURE BLOB. This works just fine for local files, this does not bring back files in the new version using the Azure Blob, even though it has the correct File ID in the file link.
We CAN make new files in the new system and they do get sent to Azure and we CAN recover those contents through acumatica. If we try to access one of the other files, it claims it does not exist, but we know it exists as the File ID still points to the correct object in Azure and we can open it (for example the company logo that should display in Acumatica).
Anyone have experience with this type of behavior before? Thank you for digging with me!
