Not able to reset user password

I’m having an issue resetting user passwords as the admin. We keep getting the error as if the password does not meet the complexity requirements but that password does meet them and I also turned off the requirement all together and it’s still not allowing the passwords to be reset.

Session Timed Out Error

Hello Everyone,I’m using Acumatica for data integration purpose and came to an issue of "exceptionMessage": "Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.","exceptionType": "PX.Data.PXDatabaseException" We tried to find the root cause and later realized that after we have installed oracle database into the server, this issue started. And whenever oracle db. was turned off, we were able to access all the entities both in web and in API.We are using Acumatica with SQL serverIs there any solution to run both Acumatica and Oracle db. at the same time?

How to make the Access Rights to perform different operations on warehouses of the same Branch ?

Hi ALL,We have Branch A. This branch has 3 warehouses. We want to authorize User 01 to be able to perform transactions on warehouse 1 (Issue, Receipt, Transfer,...) and this User 01 can view reports of this warehouse.Warehouse 2 and Warehouse 3. User 01 can view reports of these warehouses but cannot perform transactions of these warehouses (cannot Issue, Receipt, Transfer,...) Billing Expired Contracts

Hi everyone,We are currently in the process of configuring Acumatica and haven't gone live yet. Our reseller has informed us of a potential issue in the Service Contracts / Unearned Revenue module that we wanted to address early on.The problem arises when a service contract expires while we are waiting for information from the sales rep or customer. If the contract expires before we have all the information to rebill the contract, we are unable to bill/renew the contract. The solution presented is for us to change the system date to allow the contract to be billed. This solution however creates an invoice date in the past. If we change the invoice date then the deferred revenue schedule is created based off the invoice date and not the service contract start date. This results in an inaccurate reflection of our revenue, as we continue to provide services during the expired period while gathering the necessary information.Our reseller mentioned that we can manually modify the deferred r

How to create Access Rights for Users to only use one Branch of the Company ?

Hi ALL,Suppose the Company (PRODUCTS) has 2 Branches (PRODRETAIL, PRODWHOLE) as shown. I see that. After being created, a company's branches will use that company's Access role by default. Fulters on forms and GI grids stopped working after upgrade to 2023R2

After upgrade to Acumatica 2023R2 filters on forms and GI stopped working for some users. It looks like computer related problem because when admin login to user’s account, all filters work.But some users under admin role experience the same problem. It’s the same for custom and original form/GI.Here is an example

How to change an AD users last name?

We have a user that has a new last name (recently married). These changes have all been updated in AD. Now in Acumatica, the ‘Last Name’ field is incorrect. In one site I was able to delete the user, then add from AD, and set up the user roles again. This fixed the last name issue.However, in another site, the user is tied to records in the system, so they can not be deleted. How do I update the last name in this case? Thanks

Error when Upgrading Version : Invalid scriptType found: InitializePartitions

I just need some guidance regarding the application of the update.Recently, we updated our Sandbox environment to 2024 R1. Since we have a local copy from the local server, I'm also trying to apply the 2024 R1 version to it. This would be helpful as I can replicate and investigate some customizations in the local copy. I was able to download the package from builds.acumatica.com - /builds/ (acumatica-builds.s3.amazonaws.com). However, I encountered an error when installing the update: 'Invalid scriptType found: InitializePartitions'.

How to access portal.acumatica?

I have an account on portal.acumatica and I am in both Portal Admin and Portal User groups.When I log into the portal I am not able to access anything. All previous portal users are no longer with our company so we are a bit stuck on how to add users to the portal? We need to be able to see our open support cases. Please advise.
