I’m honored to be recognized as this month’s Community Featured Member. I’m Cindy Whitner, Senior Product Manager at Acumatica, focused on Field Service Management. In January 2027, I’ll celebrate six years with Acumatica.
My career began in finance, where teaching financial education courses sparked a passion for training. That interest led me into software training and implementation consulting, followed by development team leadership and eventually product management. Throughout my career, listening to and learning from customers and partners has shaped my work, allowing me to build the expertise and knowledge I use every day. These interactions fuel my passion for creating intuitive software that helps people work efficiently and enables their businesses to improve productivity and profitability.
My husband and I live in a small town outside Philadelphia in southeastern Pennsylvania. We enjoy time outdoors—especially near or on the water— and being with family. I also enjoy gardening, an energizing power walk, and relaxing with a good book.
