Meet Krunal Doshi our Acumatica Community Featured Member for November 2026. It’s great to have you as part of the Acumatica Community
Hello everyone! I'm Krunal Doshi, based in Bangalore, India, and currently working as a Senior Technical Architect at WM Synergy. I have over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with more than 12 years focused on Acumatica ERP. It's been quite a journey, and I can honestly say that even after all these years, I still enjoy discovering something new about the platform almost every day!
I started working with Acumatica back in 2014, and what initially started as working with an ERP
platform has grown into a genuine passion for understanding, extending, and making the most of it. I've had the opportunity to work across Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Operations, helping businesses address complex requirements through technology.
My work involves architecture, technical design, Acumatica customizations, integrations, and
performance optimization. Over the years, I've developed custom screens, generic inquiries, reports,
dashboards, automation, and integrations with platforms such as BigCommerce, Magento B2B,
Bill.com, ServiceNow, Notion, ShipStation, and Box. I particularly enjoy tackling challenging problems,
whether it's figuring out an unusual business requirement, troubleshooting a complex issue, optimizing a slow-running process, or finding the right way to extend standard Acumatica functionality.
One of the things I appreciate most about Acumatica is its flexibility and continuous evolution. New
technologies, Modern UI, and AI-driven development keep things interesting and give us plenty of
opportunities to learn and experiment. I also had the pleasure of attending Acumatica Ascent 2026
event in Denver, where I enjoyed learning about the latest developments and connecting with
Acumatica experts and other professionals in the ecosystem.
Outside work, I'm a family man, blessed with a beautiful wife and two wonderful children. My son will
be turning 18 in Jan’2027 and is quite an athlete. His personal best in the 100-metre sprint is an
impressive 13 seconds! At this point, I don't think I stand much of a chance of beating him in a race. My daughter is in Grade 6 and is an enthusiastic swimmer. Watching her enjoy the sport has inspired me to take up swimming more seriously myself. On a lighter note, I've recently started learning professional swimming. I'm still working on getting my technique right, but at this rate, I think I might be getting old enough to enter the Olympics in the veteran category!
I enjoy exploring new challenges outside my professional life too. Whether it's learning to play the guitar, taking on a marathon, or trying something completely new, I believe there's always room to learn and push ourselves beyond our comfort zones. I also love driving whenever I get an opportunity. And, like many men out there (at least that's what I believe!), I'm quite possessive about my car. I guess everyone has their own little passion! I strongly believe that learning never stops, regardless of how many years of experience we have. That's also why I value the Acumatica Community so much. The willingness of members to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and help one another makes this ecosystem special.
I'm happy to be part of this community and look forward to learning from others, sharing my
experiences, and contributing wherever I can. Thanks for having me as a Featured Member!
