Displaying Stock Item Images in Warehouse Management

Hi Everyone,

 

Is there a way to display an image attached to a Stock Item when a user scans an Inventory ID within a Warehouse Management screen (such as Scan and Issue) on the mobile app? Similarly to the Item Lookup screen, where scanning an Inventory ID allows the user to view the image as an attachment.

    ​@jmallia51 No. The standard Acumatica WMS scan screens (Scan and Issue, Receive, Pick Pack Ship etc.) do not display item images when scanning an Inventory ID. This is not built into the standard WMS mobile framework.

    It requires customization.

      ​@jmallia51 For Scan and Issue, simply adding an image or attachment field through the Mobile Application configuration is unlikely to reproduce Item Lookup's behavior. WMS screens use Acumatica's barcode-driven engine, and requirements that react to a scan generally require extending the WMS graph
