Update on timing of Acumatica 2023 R2 Launch Event

Company Statement on Acumatica 2023 R2 Product Launch Acumatica’s commitment to product quality and delivering the features businesses need to transform their organizations is core to who we are. To ensure we adhere to the high standards we have set for ourselves, we are rescheduling the general availability launch of Acumatica 2023 R2 to October 5.The new launch date is consistent with our six-month product release cadence and allows us to deliver more community requested features without compromising quality. Those who have registered for our original September 12 launch event will automatically be registered for the October 5 launch.  We will send guidance on how to update calendars to account for the new date.   We are excited about the impact R2 will have in helping our customers continue to transform their operations and scale their businesses. We can’t wait to share all the details with you in October.

These are short videos that illustrate the completion of a particular activity of a lesson.These videos will walk you through the details of a particular process in Acumatica ERP. Menu Behavior Help ArchiveWe are excited to announce that the Help Portal (https://help.acumatica.com/) has been updated to reflect documentation for Acumatica ERP 2023 R1. You can find Help documentation for some previous versions of Acumatica ERP on the following site: https://help-archive.acumatica.com/.Along with this news, we want to share the most recent changes we have made to the Help Portal to improve your user experience with it. Menu BehaviorIn the current version of the Help Portal, the behavior of the custom menu has been changed. Previously, to open the submenu, you needed to click the arrow that precedes the title of the menu item. Now, to open the submenu, you need to hover over the menu item and the submenu appears. To close it, you can move your mouse to a different place on the screen. On the mobile devices, to open submenu, you need to tap the respective menu item. Experimental and Controlled Release Features

In 2022 R2 Acumatica introduced experimental features to make it easier for customers to test new capabilities and provide feedback. Experimental features are included in the standard product download and can be easily enabled on the enable/disable features screen or by turning on a feature switch. Unlike core functionality, we may change the way these features are designed and implemented based on customer feedback.Controlled release features are newer capabilities that will continue to be part of the Acumatica ERP solution.
