Over time, Open University has been an important part of how you learn Acumatica. That foundation isn’t going away — it’s getting better. We’re building on what works and transforming it into something more interactive, more personalized, and easier to use.

What’s Changing (and Improving)

We’re reimagining key learning experiences like “Getting Started” into a more dynamic, hands-on format. Expect shorter, more interactive modules, guided learning paths, and a more intuitive experience designed around how you actually work.

This evolution is part of a broader effort to bring everything together into a single, unified destination for product knowledge — including training, documentation, videos, and job aids — so you can find what you need faster and learn more effectively.

What’s Staying the Same

We know consistency matters. Many of the things you rely on today will continue to be available during this transition:
• Access to existing courses and materials (including PDFs and reference content)
• Your earned digital badges, which will remain accessible
• The ability to download completion certificates during the transition period

Our goal is to make this a smooth, gradual evolution.

Key Milestones

• April 21, 2026 – Select interactive courses (including Getting Started and Release Spotlight) will transition out to make way for new, improved experiences.
• July 2026 – Open University will fully transition into the new learning experience (exact date to be announced).

In the meantime, you can continue accessing available content and downloading your materials.
