The Customer Onboarding Program is a structured 21-day learning experience designed to get your team confident, comfortable, and role-ready to use the Acumatica ERP solution. Whether you're just getting started or bringing new people up to speed on a system you've been running for years, this program is designed to help you get the most out of your technology investment.
How It Works
Every learner begins with Welcome to Acumatica ERP — a shared foundation covering system navigation, controls, filters, personalization, and working with reports and dashboards. From there, each learner moves to the path that matches their role: Controller, AP Clerk, AR Clerk, System Administrator, or Project Accounting.
For about an hour a day over the course of twenty-one days, your team will earn role-based digital badges as proof of competency — shareable, verifiable credentials that give you and your managers visibility into who's ready.

How to Enroll
1. Go to the Acumatica Portal
2. Navigate to the Education workspace
3. Open the Register for Cohort page
4. Select the May 4 (Customer Onboarding May 2026) cohort and complete the registration form
