Has anyone used Acumatica for their CRM and have you used the integration with HubSpot? Is there a lot of set up and configuration for the integration with HubSpot? Is the integration more than imports and exports between the two? Thank you!
Using the Fedex plugin on v2022 R1. We get this error when clicking Confirm Shipment. The Shop for Rates button works fine. This is connecting to the Production Fedex account.When using the Test Fedex account, we don't get the error. It seems there's a setting on the Production account that we're missing?

We have a customer planning to implement service integration soon and they are asking if it is possible to visually arrange the calendar board by shared appointments for staff members, instead of staff members being listed alphabetically. The screenshot below he’d like to see staff members who are teamed up next to each other (i.e. 1&4, 2&6, 3&5). Is there any way to do this, or is this more likely a developer/customization? Thanks in advance for any thoughts anyone could provide on this request.
Business Event History shows that the business events has no issues and the email notification subscribers also has no issues, but when I want to process the email, I could not find the email notification under Email Pending Processing. Hope someone can advise why and how can I fix it. thanks
We are trying to add a collection of side panels to the Projects Screen.I am able to connect four of the 6 that have been requested, but the other two are causing an issue.The screen are not available for selection when setting up the side panel. I noticed the Drawing log and Photo Logs screen numbering indicated they are ‘Inquiry” type forms. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,Is there any way to use the same carrier plugin but for different accounts, which are not customer accounts.I have 10 warehouses and each one has its own UPS account number, how can I pass the correct account number to the plugin or is customization needed?

Hi, I’ve found some instances where a user deleted an item of a SO while not canceling the drop-ship PO. This could be very common when dealing with high volume ecommerce shipments. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Workflow should be Cancel PO > Remove Item from SO
