@aaghaei Hello - Thank you for providing the in-depth answer and solution. One last question if you - I’d assume that we have the ability to import new records as customers as long as they’re not in the system yet? There would be no converting, just imported as a customer?Thanks again for your help!Trina
@ed.goodman @aaghaei You are fantasic, thank you - you’ve helped me greatly. I got it completed!
@kandybeatty49 So sorry for not specifying that. Opportunities primarily, but knowing all of the above would also be nice.
@jebbuddecke63 Thank you, I actually tend to forget about that resource. I did take a peak at it, and it didn’t give a great example unfortunately. Element Description Last Incoming Activity The date of the latest incoming activity that is associated with the opportunity or a related quote. Last Outgoing Activity The date of the latest outgoing activity that is associated with the opportunity or a related quote.
@kandybeatty49 Thank you for the screenshots. Can you provide an example to help me better understand? Is it just if a user logs any form of activity against the opp that it gets filled with the date for Last Incoming Activity? Is Last Outgoing Activity if an email sent from a user to the contact tied to the opp?
@suebrown Sorry for the months later question here. Did you have any issues with pulling in fields from Acumatica into the mapping for the sync? It’s been such a struggle to figure out what access / permission is needed.
@suebrown Thank you for sharing your experience with it. I appreciate it greatly.
Hello @riglesias ,Thanks for your help. Unchecking commit didn’t do the trick.When you say map the employee name, that isn’t an option for me under the field / action name. Am I understanding correctly on that’s where I’d find that?
@manikantad18 There was an error thrown..'<', hexadecimal value 0x3C, is an invalid attribute character. Line 55, position 129.
@darylbowman @riglesias Interesting, I didn’t know that if you can manually do it you should be able to do it via import. I can open them with the button manually. That’s good to know! So definitely not a permissions issue it seems.
@manikantad18 It didn’t work.
It was exactly that, some of them were manually opened by one of my sales managers! The new mapping worked @manikantad18 !
@variuxdavid Did you have any luck resolving this? I have the same exact request and haven’t been able to figure this out.
@ChandraM Miracle worker! I was pretty close with my GI I built, however I didn’t use the contacts table, instead the users table. Thank you very much Chandra!
@dsimmerly I believe so. If I were to create a shared filter, name it ‘open opportunities’, and save it on the GI, it’d appear as a tab on the GI and all users would see it as long as they have access?
@estebanperalta54 Thank you for confirming!
