We limit certain SKUs to one customer. The sales rep assigned to the customer is the only salesperson that can see the resticted SKUs. I do not think it is hard to set up. No customization.
Yes, we have configured Acumatica 2022 R2 so customers get free shipping if the customer purchases over $500 of product from specific Acumatica Item Classes. We just followed the shipping set up rules in Acumatica.

In one of our locations we have 500 Mbs and in a second location we have 50 to 100 Mbs. Both work well with no issues or delays.

I recieved an email from Acumatica Support. Note said it was fixed. But not fixed. The two “unauthorized” accounts are still listed on my company user list. Did I miss something?

@Yuri Karpenko Thank you. We send the emails via a Business Event. What do we need to do to get the email with inovice to be reflected in the customer’s activities?

Thank you. My question was more focused on if we Acumtica set-up qualifies. By this I mean does how we set up our Acumatica disqualify us from using the Always Current Program. Our Acumatica set up only includes dashboards, business events, reports. We are not using any third-party plug-ins. We do use a Big Commerce Website. Does anyone know who I can call at Acumatica to discuss getting onto the always current program to discuss our particular situation?
