Customer Profile: Invoices not recording in "Activities"

Customer invoices are not automatically getting recorded in the Customer’s Profile under “Activities”. We have CRM if that matters.  Should customer invoices automatically be recorded in Activites?  If not automatic, how can we get the customer invoices to be recorded in Activities?

@dougmcbride79 , invoices themselves are not added to the Activities tab. It’s only if you send an email with that invoice, then it can be added to the Activities tab. And that will depend on how you send those emails (what screen you use to generate your emails).

@Yuri Karpenko Thank you.  We send the emails via a Business Event.  What do we need to do to get the email with inovice to be reflected in the customer’s activities?

@dougmcbride79 , great! That’s what I thought. You need to make sure that you have PX.Objects.AR.Customer.BAccountID in your GI, and then in the Email Template, add it to the Account field like this:
