A prospect is interested in a membership Management system where its new prospects can create accounts and apply for membership, old members can apply for renewals, download membership certificates, upload receipts of payment and their ongoing project profiles etc. Please recommend an ISV for this solution that integrates with Acumatica receivables.

We've noticed that after switching to Modern UI, the GetDataForPaymentForm function in PX.CCProcessingBase.Interfaces.V2 doesn't correctly pop up the managed page. Does this mean it's unsupported? Or do I need to develop a managed UI page in a ts file?

Hi,While running Automation script on Virtual machines, accessible through Remote Desktop, facing Timeout Error at random places but it is working fine at In-house machines. However virtual machines were able to run the same scripts few days ago.    

Customer has defined their Easy Post carrier Shipper From address to be their warehouse.The From company name at the top left of the carrier label is then pulled from the Account name in the Warehouse record Our customer has asked that this From address show a different company name on certain orders where they are drop shipping for Home DepotIs there a solution for this ?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to manually trigger a Shipment document to sync to ShipStation? Our client has configured the ShipStation integration to only sync Shipments with certain Ship Via codes to ShipStation. However, sometimes orders are placed and the Shipment document is created with the wrong codes, so they don’t get synced to ShipStation.Is it possible after changing the Ship Via on the Shipment document to trigger the integration to sync the revised Shipment to ShipStation?

There aren’t any posts in the past year on this subject, and the few previous posts didn’t really show people using the system. The feature set for Lightspeed Voice looks great, as does the native Acumatica integration, but I’d like to hear from actual customers using their platform to know how well the VOIP service works. The scenario is: External user comes to a web page, starts a chat conversation, an agent start conversation but at the end depending on user feedback they can create a case or a sales order. 

We would like to integrate with out PSA but unsure if any providers make this possible. 

I created a new screen where our users can request that a production order be made for items. If a production order has been created for that item, i want it to show up on the screen. i added a custom field to the production order maintenance screen where we can add in the key ID field from the new screen so that it could be connected to that specific record. i am having issues with referencing this custom field in the view of the screen. When i go to build it, it says “CS0426 the type name ‘usrSawReq’ does not exist in the type amproditem. when i google i find that it should be “ .getextension<AmProdItemExt>” that would allow me to use this field, but when i have tried it, the amproditemext doesnt show as available. can anyone tell me how this should be done?

I submitted the Acumatica build 25.100.0054 (ISV Version: 251000054), and it failed the Technical Validation with the following error:5.3 All custom screens must have access rights assigned.The following GI has no access rights assigned: gi640597 In the previous revision, this issue was marked as N/A.Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this?

Hi,I am trying to build connection between Account and Subaccount fields. I need to retrieve all subaccounts that are linked with Account. I tried such approach : added Account and Subaccount for entity JournalTransaction and it worked However, I faced with issue that such request does not return all available subaccount for an account. For example in Bill I have 2 availbale subacounts (samahor, samalon) for Account 5001 but my request return only 1 subaccount - samahor. Hot to make it return all linked subaccounts ?

I have a client using Pacejet that handles their shipping. They are running into an error with  Pacejet because the DHL API is pushing a foreign currency into their system. DHL does not have a currency converter on their end so they are telling our client to set up the Currency Type in Acumatica.  Our client is not currently using Multicurrency Accounting.  I am wondering if anyone has had to set this up for their clients for Pacejet only and if so what it entailed and if they ran into any issues with it. 

We’re trying to print FedEx labels as ZPLii files, however there seems to be a problem with the LBL Stock Type. When its set to a Paper Type, we get the error: “FEDEX: INVALID.STOCK.TYPE Invalid values in Label Stock Type for LABEL,” however, when it is set to Stock, we get the error “Unsupported file type. Supported types are: .als, .cer, .csv, .dat, .doc, .docx, .epl, .exe, .gif, .ico, .ics, .jpeg, .jpg, .js, .mdb, .msi, .ofx, .pdf, .pfx, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .qbo, .qfx, .rar, .rtf, .sql, .swf, .tif, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .xml, .zip, .zpl.” How can we get around this issue?

HiIn Acumatica 2025R1 do we need to change endpoint version ?In Acumatica2024R1 it was 23.200.001In Acumatica2024R2 it was 24.200.001In 2025R1 it is 25.200.001 or 24.200.001 ?

I’m looking for input from other end users of Acumatica. We currently use Century Business Solutions (or EBIZCharge) for our credit card processing. For various reasons, we’re not real happy with their service.What 3rd party processors, that integrate with Acumatica, are considered the best? I found a few others (REPAY and ERP-VAR) that also integrate, but I know nothing about them. I hesitate to just jump in with another processor before doing some research, which is what I’m attempting to do now. Ha! 

We are currently looking at Avalara, Sure Tax and Vertex.  Do you recommend one over another and why?
