Hi,We are looking to integrate Acumatica with Monday.com to pull over some key data from a few places. Projects and DB Tasks. We would like to pull data such as:-From ProjectsProject ID Project Description  Cost and Revenue Tasks Hours budgets from each Labor cost task Actuals Completion %-From DB Tasks      -Assignee(s) Has anyone done something similar? How is it working and or what are you using to generate a resource plan for projects and staff? Thanks!

Has anyone integrated Acumatica with PunchOut2Go?  I know Paramount Workplace has an integration as part of their larger solution but the customer only needs the punch out functionality.  They would like to integrate with Purchase Requests and Requisitions.   https://www.punchout2go.com/

Currently the Acumatica to Avalara/ Avatax ECM connector requires that the customer record have the Primary Contact.  Many clients do not use these fields and certainly wouldn’t use them for requesting a sales tax exemption certificate.  They would use the information on the Bill-To Info tab.  This has the correct emails and phone numbers for these types of requests.  There is also an Account Name or Attention field that can be used as the contact for the request.  The current mapping is not useful,  it would make the connector usable if it mapped to the Bill-To Tab and not the primary contact.

Good afternoon all, I have a client who wishes to upload a PDF in the Drawing or Photo Logs workspace and essentially have Acumatica convert the images in the PDF, think of like drawings, into Acumatica as individual photo log or drawing log records. Has anyone done or seen this work? Any isv anyone know of that can help with this? Thanks in advance. Best regards,Josh P

Hi,I’m trying to retrieve more detailed information about the items in a shipment. The REST API endpoint /entity/Default/23.200.001/Shipment/<shipmentNbr> returns the InventoryID.This InventoryID can then be used to fetch item data through either /entity/Default/23.200.001/NonStockItem/<InventoryID> or /entity/Default/23.200.001/StockItem/<InventoryID>.However, I’m not sure which endpoint should be used in this case. Could you provide some advice? Thanks in advance

Does anyone have experience integrating Acumatica to warehouse high density storage systems?  A customer of ours has Acumatica with distribution and warehouse management.  They have just ordered a Kardex VLM (Vertical Lift Module).  They used to be called vertical carousels.I am presuming that, because each VLM could require a separate pick list, that they would need to be configured as warehouses.  Could they, instead, be treated as locations? What else do we need to consider?

Hi, We have a client that uses Amex@work for their users. As of the current release 2022 R1, Plaid does not integrate with the Amex@work platform only individual Amex Accounts. Our client has over 100 Amex Accounts that they would have to purchase bank feeds for since Acumatica and Plaid do not work with Amex@work. Does anyone know if the new service called MX is compatible with Amex@work in the newest release 2022 R2? Also, if not is there an efficient workaround to make Acumatica and Amex@work integrate together. Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you,Frances Pantelidakis

Question if we send the Latitude and Longitude to Avalara as we dont have the address (zip, state etc) to calculate Sales Text (feature added in 21R2) is it possible to get the address back from Avalara and populate to Acumatica along with the tax amounts

Hello Everyone, We have converted our custom screens to Modern UI, as well as the default screens that contain custom fields, by creating extension files. These have also been converted to Modern UI.We then added the corresponding .ts and .html files into the Modern UI folder of the customization package. However, when we tried to publish the package, we encountered issues, primarily with the default screen extension files. The package is not being published, and we are experiencing errors related to the' npm run' while publishing the package.Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance  Custom screen:KNPI1010.html:<template>    <qp-fieldset id="form_00" wg-container="KNPISetups_form" view.bind="KNPISetups"  >    <field name="PayInvNameCD" class="label-size-m control-size-l" ></field>        <field name="Description" class="label-size-m control-size-l" ></field>        <field name="IsActive" ></field>    </qp-fiel

Our client is using the ShipStation integration with Acumatica. However, we’re noticing that when the shipment is completed in ShipStation and it writes back the shipment info, it is updating the shipment to the wrong Ship Via.Example:In ShipStation, the ‘USPS Parcel Select Ground’ option has been selected: And in Acumatica under the SHIPSTATION INFO tab of the shipment, this method is correctly recorded: However, on the SHIPPING tab the Ship Via has been incorrectly changed to ‘UPS GROUND’: This is causing issues downstream as Shopify thinks the shipment is via UPS but the tracking number is for USPS.Anyone know what might be going on here and how to fix?

Hi everyone,I have a custom webservice-endpoint so user can access vendor locations via REST-API.This webservice-endpoint is part of our customization project.I wonder if there is any possibility to show or enable the custom webservice endpoint only if our feature (defined in the feature.xml) is activiated. Thanks in advance!

A prospect is interested in a membership Management system where its new prospects can create accounts and apply for membership, old members can apply for renewals, download membership certificates, upload receipts of payment and their ongoing project profiles etc. Please recommend an ISV for this solution that integrates with Acumatica receivables.

We've noticed that after switching to Modern UI, the GetDataForPaymentForm function in PX.CCProcessingBase.Interfaces.V2 doesn't correctly pop up the managed page. Does this mean it's unsupported? Or do I need to develop a managed UI page in a ts file?

Hi Team, In Modern UI, how to add customization field in a existing detail grid column. Kindly guide me on this. Regards,Sakthi

Hi,While running Automation script on Virtual machines, accessible through Remote Desktop, facing Timeout Error at random places but it is working fine at In-house machines. However virtual machines were able to run the same scripts few days ago.

I am looking for an ISV that can assist with functionality to help a manufacturer who takes batteries and extracts various metals from the batteries and resells those metals.   Any ISV or specific process anyone knows of? Thanks,Nirav Shah

Does anyone know if it’s possible to manually trigger a Shipment document to sync to ShipStation? Our client has configured the ShipStation integration to only sync Shipments with certain Ship Via codes to ShipStation. However, sometimes orders are placed and the Shipment document is created with the wrong codes, so they don’t get synced to ShipStation. Is it possible after changing the Ship Via on the Shipment document to trigger the integration to sync the revised Shipment to ShipStation?

There aren’t any posts in the past year on this subject, and the few previous posts didn’t really show people using the system. The feature set for Lightspeed Voice looks great, as does the native Acumatica integration, but I’d like to hear from actual customers using their platform to know how well the VOIP service works. Thanks!

The scenario is: External user comes to a web page, starts a chat conversation, an agent start conversation but at the end depending on user feedback they can create a case or a sales order.

We would like to integrate with out PSA but unsure if any providers make this possible.

I created a new screen where our users can request that a production order be made for items. If a production order has been created for that item, i want it to show up on the screen. i added a custom field to the production order maintenance screen where we can add in the key ID field from the new screen so that it could be connected to that specific record. i am having issues with referencing this custom field in the view of the screen. When i go to build it, it says “CS0426 the type name ‘usrSawReq’ does not exist in the type amproditem. when i google i find that it should be “ .getextension<AmProdItemExt>” that would allow me to use this field, but when i have tried it, the amproditemext doesnt show as available. can anyone tell me how this should be done?

I submitted the Acumatica build 25.100.0054 (ISV Version: 251000054), and it failed the Technical Validation with the following error:5.3 All custom screens must have access rights assigned. The following GI has no access rights assigned: gi640597 In the previous revision, this issue was marked as N/A.Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this?
