Issue description Authorize.net is currently reporting connectivity issues they are investigating. Please be aware that it can affect processing credit cards payments in Acumatica ERP.On a user attempt to process credit card or testing credentials, the system shows the following error: ‘AR Error: Credit card processing error. Hi: Does anyone know how to filter the dunning letters by companies?

We want to be able to restrict selling certain item classes based on the customer class.  I have been trying to do this via row restrictions, but am not finding a way to set this up.  Anyone ever try this sort of restriction?  Thank you.

I’ve never had this error when running Project Billing and thought I’d post it here before opening a support case with Acumatica. Action - Run Project Billing (Progress billing and not T&M)Error - Recurring Item Sales Subaccount is missing Anyone else have this and can point me in the right direction?  I’ve looked at the billing rule and it’s default subaccount for sales is looking at the project (which has a subaccount). 

Hi,We can share remittance advices through the process of “Print/Email AP remittance Advice” and by Send/Print Remittance Advice on the checks and payment form.Noticed that once we send through Print/Email AP remittance Advice system generates the report Remittance Advice(MBAP6000) but when sending through Checks and Payments it generated the report called Single Remittance Advice (MBAP6010).And the email content shared with both emailing options are different. I cant use the same template for both options. I have created two templates, but I’m not sure where to define the templates for each option.Could you please help here?Thank You,Dulanjana

I’m tagging @gmercede on this since I have a feeling that he might know if it’s possible.I’d like to be able to have a Business Event get triggered by some data in Acumatica. The Business Event would then trigger an Import Scenario and I’d like the Import Scenario to essentially “press” the UPLOAD USING MOBILE APP button shown in the screenshot below which would send a notification to a mobile device through the Acumatica Mobile App to scan a document and attach it to the Purchase Order.This would make the workflow a lot nicer because Acumatica would “come and ask” for a scanned document rather than the other way around.

I am trying to set a business even that creates a task when the Negotiation date is changed on a Contractible Ingredient but I want the tasks due date to be something configured like @today+30 with the start date being @today. these options are not available when selecting the from schema option nor does it seem to work when entered as such manually. is there something I am missing here or will this require customization? 

Sales/Account Managers should be able to freely create opportunities and subsequent project quotes from the mobile app. The are typically at project sites when gathering all the information, so it would be more ideal to do this via mobile than via web on a laptop. Currently, you can create opportunities via mobile app, but functionality is limited. You can’t specify the customer location record, but you can do this on the web. If the sales/account managers were then able to create a quote from mobile, they could be filling out quote details as they estimate--all on-site in the palm of their hand. Extremely efficient. 

The Versioned selection box still exists on the Wiki Properties tab, but the History tab and it’s functionality no longer appear and when I search the Acu help articles, I can see the relevant help articles exist is v2023R1 but not in v2023R2.  We’re currently upgrading to 2024R1 and this is functionality I use regularly.  Is it entirely gone, or been moved to some other feature?  I can’t find anything related in the release notes.  Perhaps I’m just missing something? the help articles available in v2023R1 and earlier  The history tab of a wiki article and the actions available on it 

Is there a specific security access required to enable the “Enter PO Receipt” button on the Purchase Orders screen? I have some user roles with full delete access to the PO and Receipts but they don’t see this option...  

I have setup a BE with a GI so when the appointment closed status,  it will email a notification. It is working fine if the appointment changes to Closed status. However, if after Closed, users Unclose it and Closed it again for multiple time and it will also trigger the BI multiple times. How do I make it to trigger only 1 time? I tried using Once for all records but it is not working. Can anyone explain how do we use Once for All records? and what is the difference with For Each Record? Thank you. 

How do I change the associated email with this forum account? I’m swapping companies and wish to move it to my personal email. I went into account settings etc and didn’t see anything about changing the email.

hello, I am trying to see a history of exports done by a user as well as see what data users are exporting is there a feature in acumatica that allows this.  

 HiI have a requirement as follows.One of our customer is borrowing and lending inventory items with a third party company.in this operation no cash involvement will be happened and only the inventory will be exchanged between both parties.  Here to record the lending, they keep a virtual warehouse and transfer the inventory which is being lent to that third party company. and once they return those items, our customer is transfering those items from that virtual warehouse to their actual warehouse. But when they borrow inventory from the third party company, they do not record it in the system and utilize them for projects without doing any GRN or issuing. They are keeping a provision only with estimated values. But when our customer is returning items back to the third party company, items will be issuing through inventory issue and if there is any variance between the provision and the real inventory cost that amount will be charged to the P and L. Team, I am using a GI to send reminders of Pending Approval for AP Bills, I am using the PX.Objects.EP.EPApproval, which is also the base for my email Template, and the only field that has the AP Bill Reference number is refNoteID, but when put as full code: On the GI, it shows as follows: According to me, this was working when I tested, but seems that something change, or I may be off a little bit, and it never worked. I could not relate the APINVOICE or any other talbe to the EPAPPROVAL table to get the related billl reference number to make this work. I really appreciate any insight. I put the GI attached.

Hey, Whenever I send out and process an email, it copies the email to the sender. This has left our customer service account flooded by transaction emails. Is there a way to turn off copying the sender on emails?

Hello everyone,Hoping to get some clarification on the configuration of a GI (file attached), that will allow me to show each line item of an invoice and not group them together.  Also attaching screenshots to show.  Everything on the line items in the Invoice matches exactly for the Item in question.  Customer bought 2 of the same thing twice instead of just buying 4 for whatever reason.  I’m just hoping to get this GI to be able to show that, when this occurs.Invoice: GI Result: 

We are finding that when users create a shipment from an order and try to save a record-level note, they intuitively think that saving will both create the shipment and attach the note. The best option we can have found to successfully attach a record-level note is to have them create the record (save), enter the note, then save again.Any suggestions that would make this process more intuitive would be very welcome.

One of my clients recently upgraded to Acumatica Cloud ERP 2024 R1, Build 24.106.0018+. They also installed Repay version 24.0814.0, the latest release as of August 16, 2024 (sourced at https://releases.repay.com/label/31329). Since installing this version, they have encountered partial functionality issues.I can add a payment method to a customer account and create a payment. However, when attempting to capture the payment, no transaction is created in Repay, and I receive the following error message: "Error during request processing. Transaction ID: 5964, Error: GetItemExtension failed." Additionally, I've created a sale in the Repay Virtual Terminal and tried to record that payment in Acumatica. When I go to Payments, add the payment method, and attempt to record the credit card payment, I get the following error: "AR Error: Credit card processing error. Internal: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Finally, when I try to create a payment method from the customer
