Production Orders - AMBatch Total Cost

We have a generic inquiry for Move where we display the AMBatch Total Amount and the INRegister Total Cost. We are currently only using final moves from WIP into Inventory, not from operation to operation.How/When is the AMBatch Total Amount populated? Opportunities upload missing Manual Price column

We want to be able to use the file uploader to add parts to an opportunity details. In order for the pricing of the parts to not default back to the parts original value in inventory pricing the Manual Price check box need to be set to True. This column is not available as an option in the upload tab. Can it be added?

PXResult.Record registering as null despite values in the PXResult

I’m working on the following process graph:When debugging, the prepay.Record registers as null, despite the prepay having a single complete record of the invPrepayList resultset. Visual studio does not flag the application of the result.record.fields to the new rec fields as an error. It simply runs as though the record is null. Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

Paying AP bill with Corporate Card and restrict from Bank Feed Expense Import

Client A2022R2.Created Corporate Credit Card assigned to an Employee.Created Payment Type set to Credit Card.Client is paying a AP bill using the Payment type = Credit card that is the same as the Corporate Card.Setup Bank Feed to create Employee Expenses assigning the Employee. This creates a Employee Expense receipt and works nicely. Is there a way to match the AP bill payment to the Bank Feed import so that it does not create an employee expense?

JE upload changing subaccount if inactive - no warning

I have a user uploading an Excel file into the journal transaction screen. If a subaccount in the file is inactive in Acumatica, it automatically changes to the subaccount of previous line. No warning or anything. I tried recreating in my local test environment, and instead I get an error that subaccount is inactive. I don’t see any relevant differences in the settings. Anyone seen this or have an idea how to solve? Unfortunately upgrade was delayed so I can’t submit case with Acumatica.

Disqualify Leads in Mass through Import Scenario

Hey Everyone, I’m struggling to create an import scenario to disqualify leads in mass. I’ve tried a few different things using the Action: Disqualify option but nothing seems to work. But it’s my first time creating one like this too so may have misunderstood how the Dialog Box work on Import Scenario.Here is a screenshot of my most recent attempt: I guess the issue here is that when we try to disqualify there’s a dropdown where we need to select the reason and I don’t really know how I’m supposed to pass the value to that dropdown: The error I’m getting is that the Reason cannot be empty. Anyone could help me out here?

Why commission check box defaults checked only AR Invoice created from Pro Forma

We don’t want the Commission column to be checked automatically when converting a Pro Forma to an AR invoice. It’s only doing this if someone adds another line to the generated Pro Forma (and only to those particular lines.Pro Forma Invoice created from Project Someone adds another line on the Pro Forma invoice (more to bill) The Pro Forma is then converted into an AR Invoice on the new AR Invoice the lines that were added on the Pro Forma have check in the box for commission (see below) but only on the lines that were initially added to the Pro Forma that created this AR Invoice

Expense Reciepts on Corporate Card Posting to GL

Questions regarding using Expense Receipts & Bank Feeds for Credit CardsDo expenses receipts have to be claimed in order for those expenses to hit the GL? It seems like if the Expense receipt is matched in the bank transactions prior to it being claimed then the system doesn’t allow for this expense to be claimed and then it never hits the GL. Is this correct?If someone can give proper steps when working with expense reciepts on a corporate card, that would be helpful. Thank you!

Mobile App Generic Inquiry - date filter defaults to (Todays date) when I modify Project Filter.

On the mobile screen of a generic inquiry I am having issues with the Filter. On the filter [From Date] from & [To Date] , I have the default value as @StartMonth & @EndMonth. When I Open the screen the filters work properly like this: Once I add change the project filter, the values change to todays date like this: I’ve gone over the parameters and cant find anything that stands out. Any Ideas of what this could be?

Parallel approvals not generating an approval

I created a very simple parallel approval on projects based on branch. There are two identical steps, the only difference being the employees who can approve the quotes. After that are two steps relating to other branches.No approvals are being generated at all. Am I missing something or is it a bug? The second step for Suzanne is identical to the step for Danie except for her employee code.The same concept in PO’s is working.

I am going through this document.Configuring Development Environment (acumatica.com)In this document, the screenshot has an option to deploy acumatica framework tools, but I am missing that option in my ERP Configuration Wizard. I am guessing that things have changed, but the documentation hasn’t been updated. If this wizard has changed, how do I go about creating my first vs project?

No Charge Replacement Parts in Service w/ fifo

Multiple vendors that we work with send “no charge” warranty replacement parts that associate with open Service Order & Appointments in Acumatica. My instinct in Acumatica is to create a Zero $ purchase order from the service order and once the parts arrive enter a receipt to match.My challenge is that Fifo layers don’t play nice with this circumstance and the first available layer is what posts to the document when it is invoiced. I need the parts ordered on PO for these jobs to be reflected in the Service Order/Appointment at $0.Any ideas on how to achieve this outcome? I considered using a non stock item with the applicable part #, but then I lose the benefit of issue reports and adjusting my replenishment to keep up with demand.

Cases - Default Workflow Error on Opening Combo box values for Substatus

We are having this error when opening ComboxBox for Substatus under default workflow for Cases.Initially we thought customization could be causing the issue, we have unpublished the customization but are having the same issue again. Error suggests the key value cannot be null, we have checked the values and can see a null value, but there is no option to delete it. Have looked on project.xml for deleting the null value , but unfortunately don’t see this null value.

Ability to Run Faux Payroll

Hey All,As the payroll module comes more into fruition there are some strengths and weaknesses. The strengths are government reporting, withholding calcs, liability calcs, etc. but it really fails from the standpoint of getting information in there (what are the actual numbers/withholding percentage), maintaining the information, and then requiring a user to process the payroll when many people tend to lean towards outsourcing it.With that being said, has anyone had success with running a faux payroll to generate the project transactions/facilitate reporting/etc. but then allow an external provider to actual pay the employees based on an export file? Additionally, from the front end, getting that HRM data in there without having to manually maintain it.Just curious about the limitations of the system and how people solve for it. Essentially need the calcs but need a way to send to an external provider for payment as well as tying in the front end HRM.

Drop-Shipments not displaying properly on report

Hi everyone,I have been working through an issue that has me stumped where on the invoice report, it is assigning a completely random ship-via code to drop shipments.Ship Via displayed on the printed invoice Ship Via on the freight details on the invoice As you can see, it doesn't match up. However, I did some more digging and realized that it isn't even recognizing the shipment type.Shipment type on the printed invoiceShipment type on the freight details on the invoiceHere is the relationship between SOShipment and SOFreightDetail in report writer.
