What is the quickest way to get "end of Day" or "end of month" inventory balance.

Hello,     I know we are having “Inventory Balance” report (IN615000) and “Historical Inventory Balance” report (IN616000).     However, Inventory balance report is something like real-time balance, it displays the balance at the time of the report running. History inventory balance can only display the beginning and ending balance of selected periods.     If my requirement is to record and display the entire warehouse’s inventory balance of each day for the coming week, like from Monday to Sunday. What is the quickest/simplest way to do it.       All I can think out of is to set a schedule that run “Inventory Balance” on 00:01 every day, and sent this record out as email. And in the final day, I merge them into one excel.       This is a workable way, but could it be better?

1099-MISC and 1099-NEC updates for Tax Year 2021

For tax year 2021, the IRS made minor changes to the 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms. Details of the changes can be found on the IRS website. Acumatica will implement these changes in upcoming versions of the software to assist with customer 1099 filings. There are 3 changes that impact Acumatica.Form 1099-NEC sizing. Acumatica will reduce the height of the form to match IRS changes. Form 1099-MISC, box 11. New use for box 11 includes any reporting under section 6050R, regarding cash payments for the purchase of fish for resale purposes, from a individual or corporation who is engaged in catching fish. Form 1099-NEC, box 2. Payers may use either box 2 on Form 1099-NEC or box 7 on Form 1099-MISC to report any sales totaling $5,000 or more of consumer products for resale, on buy-sell, deposit-commission, or any other basis.1099 Paper Forms:Changes to the 1099 Paper forms are currently available in the following builds of Acumatica:2021 R2 Update 3 Hotfix 1 (21.203.0030) and later 2021 R1 Up

Outlook - System Email Account Setup Failed

Hello Everyone,We are facing an issue while conguring Outlook email account but getting error “The mail receive has failed. NO LOGIN failed.”.We have given valid credentials and other parameters but still getting this issue. Can anyone help me on this? Please find the screenshots for reference.

Creating a GI or report parameter to filter a datetime field by date AND time

Recently we had the requirement to create a Generic Inquiry and Report with parameters to filter on a date range using both date AND time to account for multiple labor shifts. I could not identify a schema field that included a time component, so I created two additional string parameters for the time components.  I then parsed the time parameter and added the corresponding number of minutes to adjust the start and end dates in the GI/Report condition.  I also had to make an adjustment for UTC, which works differently between the GI and the Report.  GI search screen:Condition on the GI:It seems a bit hacky, but it does do the trick.  Has anyone else encountered this requirement and possibly found an easier method to provide the functionality?

Device hub setup

I am trying to setup Device hub on our server, but am getting a permissions error with theconnection to ERP...[Error] There was an error opening the connection: StatusCode: 403, ReasonPhrase: 'Forbidden', Version: 1.1, Content: System.Net.Http.StreamContent, Headers: So this results in Acumatica (MYOB Advanced in Australia) not seeing the printers that are setup in DeviceHub, but if I add the printers manually in the ERP then the DeviceHub recognizes them as setup… but still nothing is found in Acumatica.

Screens did not load in Google Chrome, Version 91

After login, the user only gets a spinning wheel and cannot access any screens to use the system.This issue was reported also for Google Chrome, version 76/77, and to proceed to work I had to set Disabled on Enable lazy frame loading (chrome://flags/). But this flag does not exist on the new version of Google Chrome.I mention that this issue I found on the Acumatica version 17.212.0020.

Import Scenario: How to find and delete a row on the Stock Item>Cross-Reference screen

I have a need to delete the Global cross-reference for many Stock Items in our system in order to get our Printed Forms to use the correct customer or vendor cross-reference (all cross-references appear in the Alternate ID field on the Sales Order and I can’t figure out how to get Report Designer to determine which is which without bringing tons of DACs).  I need to delete those Global one’s at the bottom.  Super simple to do manually.  I have an Excel sheet data provider with all the Stock ID’s, Aternate ID, and Alternate Type.  I’ve tried Keys, Custom Keys with @@ format, Line Number tricks.  The documentation says after finding the record with a key (tried both <Key: AlternateID> and <Key:AlternateType>), the summary Target Object must be selected to use the Action: Delete. Unfortunately with most of the scenarios I’ve tried there isn’t a useful error message either.  Anyone have any tips on how to accomplish this.  I think a method that works would be useful in the futu

Authorize.net (native) APS PayPal PayFlow Braintree WorldPay eBiz AcuCharge (Vantage Card) PayPal Request for Money (not a payment gateway, but a way to send email to customer and get money via their PayPal account)

Unable to publish from customization project editor

API Login Limit Error for REST API Calls with Access Token

Hello Friends,I’m new to Acumatica and I’m trying to integrate with Acumatica using Contract based REST APIs using OAuth. We have a L1 tier license.I generate the OAuth Access Token first, and then reuse it to call Acumatica APIs. But I often run into “API Login Limit” errors when I try to create Invoices through APIs. How to enable the user defined fields even when the whole document is completed?

Hello,         I like Acumatica’s user defined fields feature, I can add fields without writing code.But these fileds are disabled when the shipment is completed, while I’d like to keep it being enabled.    Is there a way to do it?         I’ve found a similar question above, but as I checked, I can not find the “UDF” in automation steps. So I can not enable it.      Is there any other way to do it?

Azure AD licensing requirement

In the Azure AD integration documentation it states that “Your company should have a Microsoft Azure subscription to register your Acumatica ERP instance in Azure AD”.  Does that mean that a premium-level P1 or P2 subscription is needed for each user or will the “free” tier included with Microsoft 365 work?

Can Acumatica working with SFTP client in automation.

Hello,     Our vendor is requiring us send files which are exported from Acumatica to them by SFTP in daily basis.       Yes, this can be done manually, I can export the file to my local computer and then I use a SFTP client to send the file.       However, I am wondering can this be done in an automation way?      Thanks in advance.

Trouble Setting Up a System Email Account

I have 2 tenants in our Acumatica install (single server). Test and Live. On our Test tenant I was able to get a System Email account added, setup and working perfect. However on our Live tenant, after mirroring the settings exactly like the account on the Test tenant, after clicking the [TEST] button, it just spins, and the Elapsed Time just keeps counting.I've triple checked the system email account settings, everything matches.Some notes:The spinner "Press to abort", does nothing.System Management -> System Monitor does show the running process. However the ABORT button does nothing. Looking for customization on attaching files to an invoice notification

Has anyone created a customization to automatically attach files to an invoice? We need a solution where we can attached service order reports to SO invoices upon emailing. Someone submitted an idea on this matter 2 years ago, with several upvotes, but Acumatica hasn't acted on this yet.

Acumatica Download

Hi,We are currently looking at moving forward with an implementation of Acumatica in our company but we are finding the demos are not detailed enough to drill down into some of the major things we are concerned about. Is there any way to get a copy of the installation software and maybe the demo database for us to install in a test environment and play around with different scenarios ourselves? It seems like the only way to download the software is through the Acumatica partner portal which we do not have access to.Thank You.

Error code- 503 5.5.1 Bad sequence of commands

What does the error code mean and how do you fix it? It’s showing up when you click on an email under time and expenses, all emails, failed emails tab. One of the emails is our own internal user so I know that email is valid and the sending email account does not show it in sent items so it does not look like an issue with the email client.

When accessing a GI through OData in PowerBi or Excel, I get the following error message:DataSource.Error: We couldn't parse OData response result.  Error: Unexpected end of file has occurred. Connecting To Authorization Endpoint - OAuth Authorization Flow

Hi,I’m trying to test Acumatica’s OAuth Authorization flow using Postman. I need to implement an API that will generally be called from a website (our customer portal) and return some information from our company’s Acumatica via OData.I followed the steps in the I300 Web Services course: https://openuni.acumatica.com/courses/integration/i300-web-services-basic-data-retrieval/as well as in the reference documents: https://help-2021r1.acumatica.com/(W(2))/Wiki/ShowWiki.aspx?pageid=2930d2f7-e081-4d0e-8879-93907ce82607I am able to use the Resource Owner Password Credentials flow successfully, but we need to implement the Authorization flow, using a client_id + client_secret approach.I already created a Client in the Connected Applications screen, and set the flow to Authorization Code.Please correct me if I’m wrong: I understand that every time this API will be called, it will need to first request an authorization code from (GET) https://<Acumatica ERP instance URL>/identity/connect
