Scheduling reports to email

I need to send a report on a Schedule in 2022 R2.I was told that the Send Reports screen should not be used anymore. (Although the referenced article says Automation Notifications have been changed to Business Events: https://help-2020r2.acumatica.com/(W(2))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=59d32d60-ccc5-471e-bb6a-b03ef60a3318)This report just needs to be emailed to a person (or various people) on a scheduled basis. The Business Event screen requires a Generic Inquiry to create a schedule but all I want to do is email the report to an email address that may not be set up in Acumatica). This was being done with a Template on the report and then scheduling it with the Automation Schedule screen using the Send Reports screen. Can someone confirm whether or not this is still supported as it has been working but we are upgrading them to 2022 R2 and I don’t want to run into issues that I can’t get support for.Thanks for any information!

Is pmproject.salespersonid visible in the Projects screen?

DAC Schema Browser shows for PMProject lists SalespersonID as a field. The field is available to add to the GI but is not visible on the the Projects screen PM301000. Where can i see the SalesPersonId field on the projects screen? There are no customizations on the screen. Build 22.205.0026 +The multiple base currencies feature is enabled.

Hello,This approval works. Only the user specified can approve the sales order directly on the sales order screen. However, the pending approval is not coming up in the Approvals screen for the user. Any thoughts on this?

Fulfilling Orders in Shopify

We’re implementing Acumatica and I just learned that it’s not possible to fulfill orders in Shopify and have that information sync back with Acumatica which is very disappointing. Does anyone do that today? Maybe through a customization or how else could it be handled? Or, maybe am I forced to change our process so we do the fulfillment step in Acumatica? We do our own local delivery through a Shopify app which makes it easier for us to do in Shopify.

How to repay an over-deducted pre-tax deduction.

The employer over-withheld pre-tax health insurance. He then repaid the over deduction by creating an earnings code called additional pay and removing the taxes so the employee was paid the full amount. This takes care of the employee. However, the pre-tax deduction is over-stated by this amount. It appears you cannot enter a negative pre-tax deduction on an adjustment to correct this. What is the best way to move the additional pay to a reduction in the pre-tax deduction?

How to Show Stock Items "Requiring Scheduling" - All Items Have Arrived

Good Morning, WITHOUT using the “Mark for PO” feature, is there any way to create a filter showing which Service Orders are “Ready to Schedule”? I have created a filter looking at the INSiteStatus table, ensuring that the QtyOnHand > 0 (for the specific warehouse). Which works great, except that it doesn’t look at all item rows. Meaning a Service Order may require three different Inventory Items, and my filter will show the Service Order as “Ready to Schedule” when just one item meets my criteria of QtyOnHand>0. I would like the filter to only show the Service Call as “Ready to Schedule” when ALL Inventory Items have a QtyOnHand>0. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks,Alec

AUDIT REQUEST - Purchasing

Working on an audit request for list of Inventory Purchases for a specified period. Originally I was just pulling purchase receipts but that does not include any capitalized freight expense in the inventory through Landed Costs. Meaning, if we buy an item for $10 and it costs $2 to ship to us we recognize the inventory at $12. using Purchase Receipts only returns the $10 of the purchase not the $2 in freight expense. Is there a better report that will show me the total inventory cost Purchase + Landed Cost?

Shopify connector change variant Inventory Policy based on mapping

Anyone know if it’s possible to set the variant Inventory Policy in Shopify based on the Item Status of the stock item in Acumatica? I’ve played around with the Export Mapping under the Stock Item entity but I can’t seem to get it to work. The Inventory Policy is a checkbox in Shopify so I tried the below formula but it had no affect in Shopify:

There are certain inventory items that we “manufacture” into kits- large quantity items that get broken down into smaller items. However we need to be able to list a different cost for the new item, and incorporate a labor cost per item in the kit. How can we do this? Values for "Fulfillment Status" on "Import Filtering" screen BC202000

Hello all,Currently I would like to stop Shopify orders that are on hold from importing into Acumatica right away.I figured I could use the “import filtering” on the Sales order entity, however the only valid values are numbers (they might correspond to an ID for something, but I have no proof for that) and I cannot find where these are defined anywhere.Does anyone know what the numbers correspond to? Or if this is changed in a newer version?If anyone knows any other way where I can stop orders on hold from coming in until they are off hold I would appreciate that as well.Thanks.

Material Waste recorded as Scrap or Put in a warehouse to be sold

I am having a difficult time recording production waste from a raw material input. In a BOM I have configured, it takes 3lbs of an item for a yield of 1.95lbs. I set this up in the BOM material line item indicating that 1.95lbs are required with a scrap factor of 0.538462 so that a total of 3lbs is removed from inventory. I set up a production reason code and in the Work Center and BOM I set scrap action to Write Off. The raw material is a lot tracked item, so I issue the material and I see 3lbs removed from inventory and go into WIP. When I perform the move transaction, the cost of 3lbs is moved into inventory when only 1.95lbs should be in inventory with 1.05lbs written off. I have also tried changing the settings to quarantine and set a scrap warehouse and location (set up in the order type and stock item (but I cannot get that to work wither. This is not the produced product that is waste...it is one of the input materials so I cannot specify a scrap amount on the move transaction

Ability to disable users from accessing mobile app

My client would like to prevent users from accessing the mobile app. I logged a support ticket and was told I could use IP filtering, which is not an acceptable solution. The other option I was given was to create a customization. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? They are looking to completely disable mobile app access for the time being.Thanks
