Unable To Apply Two Filter Of Similar Sort In Report

Hi,I am editing the SO Invoice report SO643000 and adding in packing info to the invoice so it will show what item is pack to which Skid or Box. After finishing my whole setup, it would work great for invoices. However it now product a blank report when the document type is Credit. Examples below:Credit Memo:Invoices (Boxes):Invoice (Skid)I know the main issue is when I apply SOShipLineSplitPackage.PackedQty filter to IsNotNull, it somehow takes away information from Credit Memo. I have tried to change the filter to apply IsNull for Credit Memo and IsNotNull for INV, but it did not work. Does anyone have suggestion on what I can do to achieve below logic, either with Filter or another way?If it is Invoice, PackedQTY is not empty If it is Credit Memo, PackedQTY is empty.Thank you,Calvin

AP Bill Recognition with Purchase Orders for South Africa

Good day Could someone please indicate if this type of product is available in South Africa. We queried this from our seller and he they indicated the following: “We are waiting minor changes for the AI engine to work as we have experienced a challenge with the process in S.A. due to the date format S.A. use compared to US. US work on month day year and SA work on day month year. This is causing error for SA currently. We are monitoring the update to the AI engine frequently as we have other clients also interested in this functionality. This module is currently only available in US and Canada.” I am no developer, but this does not seem to me as a problem because I am able to edit the date format on Acumatica. So why can't the AI also take this into account. We could really use a product like this to cut our AP Billing time as we do a lot of transactions and is wasting time if it can be done quicker and more efficient. Is there a way to Exclude Returned Returned Receipts from Report?

Hi Everyone ,Pleaase Assist . i have client that would like to get a POR report that excludes returned receipt lines. I thought i could use the returned Quantity of receiptline DAC.However this field is not available on the report , i check the DAC and it gave me the following : the field is no-existent in the DBIs there a way i cant exclude returned receipts except for this one, please assist.

Shared Filters - not being published from customization project

Testing for a 21R2 upgrade. I have a local instance that we develop on and make other changes/fixes. I also have an SaaS sandbox from Acumatica as well. I identified several GI’s and Shared Filters that were broken by some underlying changes between 20R2 and 21R2. I successfully fixed the issues in my local 21R2 instance and added these GIs and Shared Filters to a customization project to move to the sandbox where the users are testing. I publish this customization project to the other sandbox. The GI changes move over but none of the shared filters do. The incorrect filters are still there. I looked at the Project XML and I can see in the customization project the new filter definition is correct and present in the customization - it just isn't installing or overwriting. Any thoughts why this is happening?

Dashboards for Retail-Commerce module

Hello Everyone, Today we have some out of the box dashboards provided in the commerce module. You can check those from Commerce Sync Monitoring(BC409010) form in the Commerce workspace(attached screenshot).We would like to know if this is useful? Also, would like to have more out of the box dashboards? If yes, what are the dashboards or KPIs you would like to see? Please let us know. We are planning to add different Dashboards that are related to Sync & Error Handling and also that are related to Commerce Sales with respect to Orders, Returns & Refunds, Products, Revenue, Customers. Import scenario don't overwrite user defined fields once populated

I have a flat excel file data provider which I am using to create GL journal transactions.Each of the various GL journals that exist with in the file have a batch number and related line numbers value 1 to x. Line numbers reset to 1 when the next batch number is hit from the data provider file.On each of the respective line 1 entries are attributes that I want to store in User Defined Fields that I have added to the Journal Transactions screen. The attribute fields are empty when line number <> 1.Currently I have been unable to prevent overwriting (effectively clearing out) the user defined field values that are populated from line 1 with the blanks that exist in lines 2 to x.I have tried various instances formulae with IsNull, IIf and target restrictions of IsEmpty but have not yet been able to figure this out.Any ideas please?Thanks in advance.

Warehouse Carousels

Does anyone have experience integrating Acumatica to warehouse high density storage systems? A customer of ours has Acumatica with distribution and warehouse management. They have just ordered a Kardex VLM (Vertical Lift Module). They used to be called vertical carousels.I am presuming that, because each VLM could require a separate pick list, that they would need to be configured as warehouses. Could they, instead, be treated as locations?What else do we need to consider?

Project and task associated with warehouse locations

I have a client with numerous warehouses and they need the flexibility to receive items into locations associated with Projects in multiple warehouses. They want to be able to associate a warehouse location with a project in multiple warehouses but leave the task blank for flexibility on the receipt transaction (items sometimes are diverted to different warehouses than indicated on the PO). It does not seem possible to have a project associated with a location in multiple warehouses without a task. What am I missing?

Salvage value in depreciation calculation

New to Acumatica. My question is why is my Depreciation calculation not reducing the asset cost for salvage value before calculating depreciation. The report reads asset cost = depreciable value on an asset with a declared salvage value.

Can't find entity with key 'IN202500' in current context.

Hi,I am trying to add an attachment option to the inventory screen on the mobile app however when I add in an option to Update IN202500 I do not get a preview and I get this error Can't find entity with key 'IN202500' in current context.I can update other screens like SO301000 without issue so does anyone have an idea why inventory items is giving this message?
