Hi i got an instance 2020.4 version.I can create and delete Fields and Wordflow but can’t edit.I assumed this was about the access right. but that not make sense I can delete the items.any idea is apperciated.

Hello,       The “add stock item” function is great on SO entry screen. Especially the “Sold since” feature.However, sometimes, the sold lines are wrong sell, or it is a alternative sell.likewe should sold item A to customer, while we wrong put item B on previous invoice.Customer normally would like to order item C, but item C is out of stock at that time, so we give him item D instead.       our need is to filter out the item B(wrong sell/human mistake) and Item D (alternative item) after selecting “sold since”      Can somebody give me some bright ideas?

I have a very complex development database for testing a customization.  In order to test my customization, I need multiple tenants with specific settings, logins etc.  It takes hours to get a new instance setup completely to test.When I unpublish a customization and delete it, it appears there is still “junk” in the database that is keeping information which is causing problems.Example:  I unpublish, delete the project, create a new one and whe I go to add a custom page.  The title doesn’t show up.  Or, it shows the previous screens which were deleted. I have to create a new screen ID (such as IC.10.10.01) in order for it to show the Title.  I cannot find any way to add the title to this screen.  Also, I can tell the database is got “junk” in it because it still shows previous site map items and screens.  Thes

This is for 2020 R2I am trying to have the base Shipment Confirmation form  (so642000) pop-up in a new window or Tab when printined from the Shipments form SO302000 Currently, when you select the Reports > Print Shipment Confirmation the Shipment Confirmation opens in the current window. I can add a new form & set it to open in a new tab or Pop-Up but need some guidance on the existing form. Thank you!

Hello all,Is it possible to override a private method of a graph? There have been several times where I have would have liked to, but I lack the rights to such methods from extensions since they are technically different objects as the base graph. Does anyone have a work around for this?It’s frustrating seeing the exact line of code I need to change to do a simple customization but lacking access to it to make the change. Instead I end up writing an inefficient workaround using event handlers.Edit: For example, right now I’d like to override OpportunityMaint.FillDefaultBAccountID(), but I can’t using the standard PXOverride attribute & delegate since it’s private.

Hello,       we’d like to note down some item’s expiration data, and that is optional.And we don’t like to enforce the lot tracking. Just like to note down some information.On customization screen, I did not find a way to enable it.   I know how to add a customized field at line level.   However, can I ask if it is possible or allowed that I simpily make the “expiration date” field enable? is there a way to do it?   Becausing the customized filed would have the same business meaning with the original “expiration date” field, so I don’t want to add duplicated field unless it is a must.

Dear community, I would like to show a message to the user from an event handler. In my case it is Events.RowInserted.I tried throw new PXException and PXSetPropertyException. Both are logged to the Trace but nothing pops up in the browser. Any help is welcome.

I have a Generic Inquiry screen showing batches to post.  When I select a batch it brings up my form.  If I make any changes to the form and click Cancel button, I get a warning that my changes will be lost.  If I click to continue, the changes are undone. That works perfectly.However, if I click Discard Changes and Close, I get a prompt that I will lose my changes.  I click ok to continue and it takes me back to the Generic Inquiry screen.  When I select that batch again, the form still reflects any changes I made to the Grid.  The Description field is in the form section and it DOES NOT get saved when I reselect the batch to edit.At this point, if I refresh the browser, it redisplays everything as unchanged (good).This is what it looks like before I change anything:If I untick the Errors to clear them, I am updating

I’m a business event noob…. I feel like this is 99% complete and someone from this community could get this over the goal line. See screenshots below. I created a custom GI to list project records. The business event is supposed to create a new service order via import scenario when a new project has been created. The business event doesn’t process because “location can’t be found in the system”, however that location does in fact exist. Does anybody know what I’m missing or doing wrong?
