Hi Experts,I have some custom fields in Sales Order screen as below. I know we can’t update this Sales Order when the sales order status is shipping or closed. But I want to set a new value to these fields. I know I can update the confirmed shipment by the action “Correct Shipment”. Does Sales Order screen have any way to modify the fields when the status is shipping or closed?

I have a request to add file attachments to the My Cart details grid and have those carry over to sales order lines.  Is there a trick to this?  If I try to add NoteID it changes to UsrNoteID and I also don’t think this field works on a DAC extension with PXNote attribute.  

Acumatica version: 22R1 Build 22.107.0022 I am using a no-code approach to adding an action menu items.On the Contacts screen, I have created two new action menu items:Create Customer Create Vendor Here are the settings I am using for "Create Customer"  (The settings for "Create Vendor" are similar). I have the same challenge for both action menu items.I need to return the "Business Account" ID/Name to the "Business Account" field on the "Contacts" screen (when the dialog closes).I have tried using a few different field combinations on the “FIELD UPDATE”but have not had any success.  Maybe I am misunderstanding how some of these settings are interpreted by Acumatica.Can you tell me what I am missing or point me in the right direction?Thank you in advance. :)Ken Severud  

 I have a processing screen to get data from an Acumatica table and do gyrations and put data into a custom table.  I don’t need to select any records from a filter results.  I just want to use the filters on the screen to “do the work” on all records returned by the filter.I originally had a button under the End Date that would fire a custom action.  In order to make this a schedulable process, I THINK I needed to do it as a processing screen.So...I tried to re-do the screen.Since I am pulling data from the AuditHistory table, there is no “Select checkbox” to select on the processing screen.  Is my delegate not firing because there is no Select checkbox available in the filter results?Is there a way to use a PXFilterProcessing without a list of records with a Select checkbox?This is what my screen looks like after removing the Get Report Data button and making it a processall button on the top of the screen.This is the constructor that sets up the processing button.public QTCAuditRepo

Hi, I have a requirement where some validations are to occur once the inventory ID field is updated in the Requisitions screen. The logic is based on values taken from custom fields in a custom form and synced with user defined field in Summary area of requisition form and line item’s inventory ID. The logic is attached but the warning and error messages are not executed. We’re looking for the best way to prevent the Error: Another process has updated the 'SOOrder' record. Your changes will be lost when our integration writes back an external ID.  When a users saves the first SO line it creates a push notification and creates a record in our external app.  The ID generated in that App is then written back to the External Ref number on the SO which will be used to stay in sync with the external App.  However if a user continues to add lines they have to refresh the SO.The current thought is to create a customization that creates a table that will store the SO GUID or Order Type and Number and our external ID.  Then have the GI for the push notification relate to this new table.Any other ideas on how to prevent this issue?  

Hello Gang, I was wondering is there any way to freeze a few columns of the DATA ENTRY grids on the left to always have them visible to the user when scrolling to right/left and we have many columns? I tried through Css but couldnlt find “Frozen” or similar property for it.Something like as Excel freez pane I’m looking to simulate in Acumatica

I have been building some customization around the Add Items (Inventory Lookup) functionality of the Sales Order Entry screen. The query that populates the Add Items grid is located in the SOOrderEntry.cs class, and is a PXProjection (see code below). I’m adding it here because it took me a long time to find where it was located, so maybe this will shortcut it for someone else in the future. What I want to do now is to use the PXSubstitute functionality to override this query, so that i can populate that grid with my own data coming from a different source. However, I can’t find any mention of the PXSubstitute functionality in the Acumatica Framework Development Guide anywhere. The first link I reference below even gives a page number (95) in the Framework Development Guide, but I don’t see PXSubstitute anywhere in the development guide, including page 95. Can anyone point me to a reference for PXSubstitute? Latest customization guide...https://acumatica-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/builds/

Hello,I have a SOLine custom field with PXSelector, how can I rename the column Customer Price Class to Price Code inside the selector?   In Sales Price screen (not customized), its name was Price Code. I already tried using ARSalesPrice.priceCode in the code, but it shows empty value. Here’s my code,

I have an action that I’m using it on multiple screens. This action appears on all screens and works as expected. The only exception I am facing are “POOrderEntry” and “SubcontractEntry” screens that doesn’t show the Action on screen.
