Hello,    Correct me if I am wrong, I’ve studied the AR630500.rpx, and found actually the “aging days” are soured from statement cycle setting. However, on statement cycles, the split sections have been limited to 4.          Supposing I would like to show columns like1-15 days, 16-30days, 31-45 days,  45--90days, over 90 days       is it possible to do it?       Thank you.

Inside the shipment screen SO.30.20.00 → Shipping Settings → Shop For Rates → Carrier Rates. Inside the carrier rates the amount column should be defaulted to be descending in price by default.  Not sure why Acumatica hasn’t built this into the product or how I could accomplish this?

Hello,How to confirm Shipment or Receipt via code?Best regards.

Hello,     We are dealing with “breaking cases” scenarios in business. Such as we have 1 item in “Case UOM” and can be converted to “bag UOM” item with the conversion rate 1 case = 12 bags.      We know Acumatica has multiple UOM functions, however, for historical reason, our company ispreferring to use “ItemA” stand for case item, and “ItemA-I” stands for the bag item (breaking down item). In short, the case item and bag item are with different inventory IDs.      We normally purchased item in case, and sold them in either case or bag. So, we sometimes use “inventory adjustment”  to convert case item to bag item.      Unfortunately,  during the year end review, we found some users forgot to input “unit cost” for bag item on several documents, not too much but also not too little. Since the bag item “VGYCS-I” were sold and issued invoiced. We are afraid of it would make the financial statement incorrect, because it looks like we sold item at 0 cost? Actually, I have 2 questions here:1，

i tried to display the field “InventoryItem.Body” and i get a HTML return i just want to get only the values in the fields in report designer

Looking for any documentation / help available for how to configure and use the “Use External Shipping Application” functionality on the Ship via Codes with Advanced Fulfillment. What is the workflow and expected behavior of Acumatica and the FedEx Ship Manager and/or UPS WorldShip?

Are there any plans to have the Outlook Add In to integrate with G suite account or any work arounds this integration?

When creating any kind of discount code we need option to determine if it should be pre tax or post tax Every discount now is calculated before tax. This exists in every other product we compete against.

What is the purpose of this DAC?  PX.SM.StandartDateTimeFormatI used it in a generic inquiry and it displayed the day and time according to my site timezone.Am I using it correctly? How else can it be used? I’d like to know if anyone is using it.

In 2020 R2, a new field CloudTenantID was added to screen SM203520.I don’t find any information about the purpose of this new field in release note pdf document so i m posting some questions here :Is this information is used for authentification ? Is it confidential ? Is this information should be displayed for any user or any role ? What’s the purpose to show this information in the screen SM203520 ? Is there is any drawbacks if we hide information from this screen ? Is this information is generated once by tenant at creation or can be updated/modifed ?Thanks in advance

The F105 course page 57 shows that you can unlock a financial period. On the Manage Financial Periods GL503000 does not have an option “Unlock” - it only has “Open, Close, Lock, Deactivate”Please correct manual - but preferably please make changes in Acumatica R1-2020 that indeed a Locked Period can be Unlocked.

Hello，    I’ve read  the below link, yes, it is a  nice feature.   https://help-2020r2.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=e2f7eaf2-17dd-4517-b06e-9d8225d27113    But I have some questions:1，Does user have to go through “incoming documents”? Or Does user have to upload original PDF using “system email” or outlook add-in?If the user has a pdf file on hand, can he upload it directly?  2,   In our business, vendor might not send invoice in single ones. He might send a pdf file with multiple invoices on it consecutively. So it is not a 1 to 1 mapping scenario, it is a 1 file mapping multiple invoices scenario, can this also be handled properly?

Since we have upgraded to 2020R1, we have noticed a job running daily called - Process Machine Learning Event.  Does anyone know what this does?  it has a couple of thousands events called ui/menu/node-selected that are processed.I am wondering if i can stop the job.

I think it’s best if on the printout of Sales Order, we indicate which user printed it and when it was printed. Other option is to indicate this action on the Audit History of the form. I think this will be helpful if ever there’s any discrepancy that may appear on the printout, we can easily track who printed it.

How can i get the current Tenant ID ?

We noticed that some of the target fields on the example Import Scenarios (e.g. ACU Import Customers) that worked in previous versions are now broken because of the changes to the account screens.  It’s not too difficult to fix these up, but rather than reinventing the wheel I just wondered if we are missing something.
