Looking around our production Acumatica instance, I noticed that a “Stripe Integration” item is checked in the “Activate License” screen. I can’t seem to find any documentation on what this could be. Perhaps there will be a built-in plugin for Stripe credit card processing. Does anyone know what feature this is related to?

Previously we used Fedex ship manager and there was a field for department which we utilized for our sub accounts for categorizing expenses when the Fedex bill comes in.  Is there a way with the Acumatica FedEx shipping integration to be able to submit that field as well?

Has anyone run into problems attempting to set E-sign synch to an automation schedule? A customer running 2021 R1 managed to get the package installed and configured his Docusign to work with it but he finds that the automation actually never triggers the synch to occur. I duplicated this on a demo setup (each history lists 0 items processed). No conditions are listed. I’ve watched a few videos online and never found someone demonstrating the schedule feature, only mentioning that there is one. Before I file a support ticket I wanted to ask if anyone has run into the issue or was successful making scheduled synch work.Thanks!

We have been using ShipStation and Acumatica for 4 years, and have not run into this problem. To my knowledge, no settings or configurations have been changed. But over the last several weeks, the integration seems to have degraded. We can export shipments fine, and maybe 1 out 15 shipments gets confirmed. The vast majority, however, remain open. When the issue first started, the tracking # and freight costs were still importing. I was able to build a filter based on these parameters and my warehouse was able to manually confirm the ones that had shipping info. On the ShipStation Log Details screen, most are in error. I have searched this Community and others like it and the ShipStation Community and have been able to find anyone else with this specific issue. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have connected Docusign with Acumatica (am able to send document in Acumatica and request signature), however I am receiving an error when I attempt to process the eSign Sync (once the signature has been completed in Docusign). I receive the following error message when syncing: Error: Inserting ‘Activity’ record raised at least one error. ‘Owner’ cannot be empty. When I examine the file in ‘File Maintenance”, the eSign Owner box is clearly identified: Not sure why I am receiving this error! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

We wanted to see if there's a way to create a non-stock kit and when this is added to a sales order, we print out a picklist, for the components of this non-stock kit to explode and show the components that makeup that non-stock item. Preferably they would see all the items in the kit listed as individual items on the order. This would be a feature just for us and pickers, it doesn't need to explode the components of it for the customer's copy.

I have a new Acumatica client that is in the catering industry. They need a front end solution that will handle the event planning, booking, invitations, venue, menu...Once the event is approved, we will use Acumatica core for the processing. We are also looking at Tayani Solutions for the process manufacturing needed but they don’t have the front end piece that is missing. If anyone has worked in this industry and has some suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Jim Gross

Hi!  My company is in the service / construction industry and looking to get away from using Excel as an estimating tool. Most of the work is bundled or bid pricing, so need to use cost plus approach to come to quote price and would like to feed those quote prices plus cost build-up into Acumatica sales and projects.  Looking for some cloud software solutions, anyone using anything the love (or hate so we need to stay away from that)?  Thanks!!!

We are looking for an “Aftership” www.aftership.com type solution that is integrated with Acumatica or that someone has used and would recommend. Just checking to see if Aftership is the only option before recommending to a large Logistics company we are working with.
