Hello dear Communiteers, I have an interesting request and I need to do a preliminary evaluation. A client of mine wants to have an integration between Acumatica ERP and BMC Helix ITSM (IT Service Management).Please, are you aware of any case or supplier of such integration ? Many thanks,EC 

We have been using ShipStation and Acumatica for 4 years, and have not run into this problem. To my knowledge, no settings or configurations have been changed. But over the last several weeks, the integration seems to have degraded. We can export shipments fine, and maybe 1 out 15 shipments gets confirmed. The vast majority, however, remain open. When the issue first started, the tracking # and freight costs were still importing. I was able to build a filter based on these parameters and my warehouse was able to manually confirm the ones that had shipping info. On the ShipStation Log Details screen, most are in error. I have searched this Community and others like it and the ShipStation Community and have been able to find anyone else with this specific issue. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have connected Docusign with Acumatica (am able to send document in Acumatica and request signature), however I am receiving an error when I attempt to process the eSign Sync (once the signature has been completed in Docusign). I receive the following error message when syncing: Error: Inserting ‘Activity’ record raised at least one error. ‘Owner’ cannot be empty. When I examine the file in ‘File Maintenance”, the eSign Owner box is clearly identified: Not sure why I am receiving this error! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

We wanted to see if there's a way to create a non-stock kit and when this is added to a sales order, we print out a picklist, for the components of this non-stock kit to explode and show the components that makeup that non-stock item. Preferably they would see all the items in the kit listed as individual items on the order. This would be a feature just for us and pickers, it doesn't need to explode the components of it for the customer's copy.

I have a new Acumatica client that is in the catering industry. They need a front end solution that will handle the event planning, booking, invitations, venue, menu...Once the event is approved, we will use Acumatica core for the processing. We are also looking at Tayani Solutions for the process manufacturing needed but they don’t have the front end piece that is missing. If anyone has worked in this industry and has some suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Jim Gross

Hi!  My company is in the service / construction industry and looking to get away from using Excel as an estimating tool. Most of the work is bundled or bid pricing, so need to use cost plus approach to come to quote price and would like to feed those quote prices plus cost build-up into Acumatica sales and projects.  Looking for some cloud software solutions, anyone using anything the love (or hate so we need to stay away from that)?  Thanks!!!

Hi,I have a customization project based on Acumatica and i need to use AppDynamics in order to enable runtime monitoring (response time, db calls, etc.).For webforms based applications, AppDynamics provides some javascript code to be included on master pages. We are looking for an “Aftership” www.aftership.com type solution that is integrated with Acumatica or that someone has used and would recommend. Just checking to see if Aftership is the only option before recommending to a large Logistics company we are working with.

We’re using the official Fedex and UPS carrier plugins to do our shipping, but neither seem to have the ability to add any extra information to the Label (and to Fedex).  Is it possible to enable a reference field or any of the other default fields Fedex offers for their shipments?  Currently only the tracking number and address information is on the label.  This makes it very difficult to match up actual invoice charges from Fedex to the Invoice of the Sales Order/Shipment.  Would this take a customization and is the code for the carrier plugins available anywhere?  Didn’t find the repository on the github page. If not, is this something that the EasyPost integration will be able to do?  And is EasyPost as cheap as they appear to be?  From the website it looks like it is free for under 50000 labels a year..are there hidden fees that accumulate?  If not, we may start using it just to get International Shipment working in Acumatica as easily as the carrier plugins work

Does anyone know of a solution to integrate autodesk inventor so that boms from inventor can show up in Acumatica?

In case of Database persistence errors I get the error message ‘Access to Message Queuing system is denied.‘But it not an issue of the Message Queueing system. I can access the databas and store data in general. In fact it is an issue with some concrete data that cannot be stored. E.g. property of an entity is wrong or missing.I get this every time when saving to the database fails. For example creating a Shipment from a Sales Order:Is there a chance to get a meaningful error message?

I have a problem with my customization project.I added a SplitContainer manually to the aspx file since it is not avaible as control in the Screen Editor. It worked fine until I dared to remove Panel1MinSize of the SplitContainer in the Screen Editor. From then on Preview Changes always failes with this error message.“Cannot create an object of type 'System.Int32' from its string representation '' for the 'Panel1MinSize' property.”Setting this property again with an integer value does not help. Even after removing the splitter this error message prevents to preview the screen. The only way to get rid of it is to remove the hole screen and add it again with different ID.

I would like to suggest that Acumatica needs to update its mapping for Ship Station.  When bringing in shipping addresses it only brings over the first line and enters it twice instead of bringing both the company name and attention line.  This is important with deliveries to have both the company name and the contact name for the delivery, therefore we always have to adjust every order where this occurs before processing.

I am having problems with getting the shipment labels to print consistently. I am trying to figure out what is the best configuring, both on the printer itself for the driver and for the settings within device hub. Also I am unsure about which formats for the labels should be selected within the plugin configuration in Acumatica. 

We are currently using icontact for sending marketing emails and are wondering if there is an integration with Acumatica that we could use to sync customer information from Acumatica to icontact? If not, does anyone know of an integration with Acumatica to another email marketing software like constant contact or mail chimp?

We are currently using Shft4Shop for ecommerce. Our partner has built a connector for us to import orders from Shift4Shop to Acumatica, but we are interested in a 2 way sync so that new customers in Acumatica will be set up in Shift4Shop and any changes to customers in Acumatica will be updated in Shift4Shop. We are checking with our partner, but I also wanted to see if anyone here knew of a service that we could use to connect Acumatica and Shift4Shop?
