Non Stock Item Kit

We wanted to see if there's a way to create a non-stock kit and when this is added to a sales order, we print out a picklist, for the components of this non-stock kit to explode and show the components that makeup that non-stock item. Preferably they would see all the items in the kit listed as individual items on the order. This would be a feature just for us and pickers, it doesn't need to explode the components of it for the customer's copy.
