Is there a way to keep invoice attachments on AP bills and restrict access to the attachments?

Scenario: Occasionally there are invoices that contain confidential matters e.g. legal invoices. There is  read only security set for department type security roles on the Bills screen so users have visibility to the invoice details.  But this also gives them access to view attachments.Is there a way to keep invoice attachments on AP bills and restrict access to the attachments?

1099-MISC and 1099-NEC updates for Tax Year 2021

For tax year 2021, the IRS made minor changes to the 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms. Details of the changes can be found on the IRS website. Acumatica will implement these changes in upcoming versions of the software to assist with customer 1099 filings. There are 3 changes that impact Acumatica.Form 1099-NEC sizing. Acumatica will reduce the height of the form to match IRS changes. Form 1099-MISC, box 11. New use for box 11 includes any reporting under section 6050R, regarding cash payments for the purchase of fish for resale purposes, from a individual or corporation who is engaged in catching fish. Form 1099-NEC, box 2. Payers may use either box 2 on Form 1099-NEC or box 7 on Form 1099-MISC to report any sales totaling $5,000 or more of consumer products for resale, on buy-sell, deposit-commission, or any other basis.1099 Paper Forms:Changes to the 1099 Paper forms are currently available in the following builds of Acumatica:2021 R2 Update 3 Hotfix 1 (21.203.0030) and later 2021 R1 Up

AP revaluation does not revalue credit and debit adjustments. - 2021 R1

Yes.  That is the statement.  Open debit and credit adjustments on a multi currency vendor account are not revalued.Why?I know that prepayments are not revalued which are slightly different but again why? ThanksJAmes

Can you send ACH Remittance notifications to multiple recipients?

We have successfully set up the ACH Notification process to email out ACH remittance information to vendors.  The vendor payment information section only has one entry for remittance email.  Is there a way to set up more?  Can we just add a second email to that entry separated by a comma to sent it to more than one recipient or is there another place to add this information?

Prepayment Error

I discovered an underpayment on a prepayment which is leaving an open balance. There is also a unapplied credit memo for the amount of the underpayment. When I try to apply the CM, I go Document Details → Document type and the only options are invoice, debit memo and overdue charge. What should I do to close both the CM and prepayment? Thanks.

Project - Sales Price(Stock Item) in Cost Budget & Finished Good on Invoice instead of components

Dear AllI am new for Project module and have 2 question regarding Billing rules & InvoicingIs it possible to include Sales Prices form Sales Price Screen in Cost Budget for Stock Items? Unit Price column takes Default field from Stock Item and I cannot seen any other possibility to put any Sales Price on the layout and also later for Invoicing(Sales Price Screen is not an object for Billing rules calculation logic) If Kit functionality is used - is it possible to put on Invoice Finished Good instead of its components from Cost Budget that are purchased for that Kit to be created?I would be grateful for any tips. Thank you in advance.

Multiple Base Currencies - Full Support

When will the Multiple Base Currency feature support all modules?I was quite excited to see multiple base currency support in 2021 R2, as this solves the single biggest pain point we have with Acumatica.Currently, we have a Canadian sister company that does a lot of interco transactions with the US company, and because of that company’s base currency being in CAD, we have to use a separate tenant.This creates a lot of manual re-entry of documents PO / SO / shipping docs etc and tends to be an error prone process, especially due to exchange rates etc.Now in reading through the details on this feature, I see to my dismay that there is a whole list of other  modules that are not supported by this feature. Meaning you can’t use multiple base currencies feature and these other modules. The modules that we use are in yellow:  Is there any road map on when these modules will be supported by this feature?

Cash Account- Another Branch

We have an entry that needs to be reversed for a specific branch. Since the initial entry was made, that account was made into a cash account for another branch. Therefore, we can not correct the entry since it will not let us book a cash account for a branch that was not setup for that cash account. Any idea how we resolve this issue?

I noticed an open credit adjustment in the system and no bill to apply it to. How do I close?This is off topic . . . does anyone know how to create a weekly transaction report in Stripe? I find it tiring to scroll through all the payments/refunds when all I need is the last 7 days. Thanks for your help!

How do I build a custom connector for Power Automate?

I have tried both Post authentification using Json as well as OAuth2.9 from Postman and they were both successful. Issue #1:I’ve tried the api key authentication but don’t know where to find the API key for acumatica? How to add a surcharge

Hi everyone, I want to add a 8% surcharge to the invoice. I tried to apply a -8% discount. It’s working but the problem is this surcharge will not apply to every customer. I want to know anyway to apply a surcharge by percentage ? like non-stock item or others.

Group Discount to spread evenly across invoiced products

Hello, I'd like some advice on how to appropriately configure pricing and discounts to solve a business need. Here's a concrete example:- For simplicity, let's say we have three different 12oz Cups: white, black, blue. - If a Customer orders 120 12oz Cups, in various colors, they get 10% off those products. - I can't set up this scenario using Sales Prices, so I'm using a Group Discount instead. I like everything about the functionality of Group or Document level discounts...except for one thing: On the ARTran table, the Sales Price—and resulting product margin—aren't correct, because it's applying the discount as a separate line item.  I'm hoping there is just a setting somewhere to "apply discount to components evenly". How have others handled this limitation, or is there anything I'm not thinking of?  ​​​

ARM row percentages are wrong when column set rounds to Thousands

I am trying to report a gross margin percentage on a report while using the column set Rounding to Thousands.  To illustrate, I have the following rows.No Rounding:100  Sales   10,000120  Gross Margin  5,400125  Gross Margin %  (@120/@100) = 54%  format #,##0%  When rounding to Thousands is not used the calculation is fine.With Rounding to Thousands:125 Gross Margin %  (@120/@100) = 0%  it appears to divide the .54 result by 1000Changing formula to multiply by 1000:125 Gross Margin %  (@120*1000)/@100 = 50%  it appears to round the 540 result to the nearest  thousandth .5.  Note that if I multiply by 10,000, the result is 540%.If anyone has experienced this problem and can provide a solution, I would appreciate it.

Good dayI have a customization that I am working on in Acumatica and was wondering if anyone might help me or cab just to tell me if something like this is possibleOn the employee timecard screen I am trying to add a label in a row just beneath the days to so that day's current date. Can be a label or any field but just to display the date of the current day that they are entering.And then with that I would like to add at the bottom either as a column or a label to display the total of hours that has been added to the specific day as the user enters them.Does any of that sound possible?Please see my screen shot

ARM report is not displaying all columns with account details in 2021R1 update

The financial report shows the detailed account code description values for actuals, allocations and budget figures by department. Since the upgrade to 2021R1, the first column will show the data correctly, but those after that only show the totals that are from the formulas set out in the rows (no GL account values are displayed).The summary report for this information, where the accounts are not expanded, show all figures correctly.Has anyone else had this issue with this new version?
