Business Events "For Each Record" and "Once for All Records"

I have setup a BE with a GI so when the appointment closed status, it will email a notification. It is working fine if the appointment changes to Closed status. However, if after Closed, users Unclose it and Closed it again for multiple time and it will also trigger the BI multiple times. How do I make it to trigger only 1 time? I tried using Once for all records but it is not working. Can anyone explain how do we use Once for All records? and what is the difference with For Each Record? Thank you.

Expense Claim Details Report - Employee drop down not working

Hello, We are having trouble with Report “Expense Claim Details” Employee drop down menu populating with direct reports (see attached screenshot).When they run the report with nothing in the Employee parameter it will populate with all expense claims approved by manager within the other Parameters selected. How to delete the row from INItemPlan when releasing receipt via another graph

I have a customization where i have created a material receipt when releasing the document in the release method im creating the inventory receipt document so, it will create a plan id in the INItemPlan table which need to be deleted automatically while releasing the inventory receipt document but, with the code which i have written its not deleting the plan id record. So, in the inventory summary avaliable qty was doubling. can any one suggest me how to delete the record for INItemPlan using the code.When i do a manual receipt and release the document its creating the plan id and deleting the plan id when the receipt is released. Is there a way to limit the Selector for Price Manager on the Stock Items screen by Role?

I have been asked if there is a way to limit who shows up in the price manager Selector on the Stock Items screen under the Price/Cost tab as in the screenshot below.I have created a generic inquiry which shows who we want to see. It has the following DACS:Users → UsersInRoles - Inner join on usernameUsers → Contacts - Inner join on pkID = userIDCondition = UsersInRoles.RoleName Equals PurchasingThis seems to give the restricted set of users/contacts we want.How do I go about changing the Selector for this field to use this as a the query instead of showing the full list of employees if shows now? Easy Post feature confirmation

Our customer is looking at dumping StarShip because of the horrible integration. We suggested Easy Post but I need to confirm 2 things that I believe are correct but can’t find the documentation.Can Easy Post do or allow Rate shopping? Last time I configured it was 2 years ago and I forgot. I am pretty sure I read that clients can use their previously negotiated rates through Easy Post. Is that correct?Sorry for the silly questions.Thank you.

(Repost) Can I insert a PREV statement in IIF statement?

Hello community,I have this existing formula where multiple serial#s per item are listed down, but the thing is, say I have 20 serial#s for that item, it lists down the name of the item, its price, and qty again and again (please take a look at the picture). In a separate concern, I received a formula in which I can make a condition that if the same description exists in the previous line, it won’t display again. But I don’t know if it’s possible and how should I insert it in my formula.Here’s my formula:=IIf(IsNull([SOShipLine.LotSerialNbr], [SOShipLine.TranDesc])<>’’, [SOShipLine.TranDesc] +'{br}'+ 'SN: ' + [SOShipLine.LotSerialNbr], [SOShipLine.TranDesc]) And here’s what I wanna add:IIf(Prev([SOShipLine.TranDesc])=[SOShipLine.TranDesc], '', [],[SOShipLine.TranDesc] My desired result is to list the Item Description once with its multiple SNs. How the order with no Ship To Address can be imported into Acumatica from external system?

The Order in External System might not have Ship To Address because all the items within the order are non stock items or digital items. Digital items do not require to be delivered physically and hence there is no ship to address. When such orders are imported into Acumatica, you might error related to Taxes or about missing the Ship to Address. Follow the below steps to successfully import the order. Make sure the non-stock item has the right Tax Category. If you are using Automatic tax engine like Avalara for tax calculation, then make sure the non-stock item has the non taxable tax category. Eg: ON030000 The complete list of Avalara tax categories can be found in this link https://taxcode.avatax.avalara.com/ If it is manual tax setup, then make sure the taxes are configured to not calculate taxes for this non-stock item. Make sure the Ship Via used for the order is a not a common carrier. If the Ship Via is not a common carrier(“Will Call” option check in the Sales Order), t

What formula can I use?

Hello,Been here multiple times with this same report, I’d like to ask how it’s possible for me to NOT display the qty and uom of an item that lists down multiple serial numbers every time SN is displayed?I originally used this Prev statement:IIf(Prev([SOShipLine.OriginalShippedQty])=[SOShipLine.OriginalShippedQty], '', [SOShipLine.OriginalShippedQty]And offourse, the result is, I’ll never get the same QTY or same UOM, though it’s another Item in the list. Pricing Mechanisms - BigCommerce & Bundle B2B

Using the BigCommerce/Bundle B2B connector, is there any way to handle the following business need? We would like to create a specific Sales Price Worksheet for approximately 600 of our customers. In Acumatica, this is feasible in the Sales Price Worksheet module by attributing the worksheet to a specific Customer Price Class and then assigning that Customer Price Class to the 600 customers. There doesn’t seem to be a way for BigCommerce and Bundle B2B to read that information in the hierarchy we are looking for. Any suggestions?

Tables showing items produced by employee or machine

The goal is to create a report and/or GI that shows overall items produced each day.I also need to report this for each employee and each machine.There are 2 tables I have identified as possible sources.- AMMTRAN (This does not have the machine which I need)This has InventoryID, QTY, Employee IDIt has 2 dates that seem valid. CreatedDateTime and TranDate (which date would be appropriate to use? What is the difference between the 2 dates?)- AMProdItem (This does not have the machine nor the employee which I need)This has InventoryID, QTY, It has 2 dates that seem valid. As you could see, I couldn’t fit all the columns in 1 page, what I did here was made a parameter to manually chose what page to print first, thus making them available in separate pages. Options of tracking Expiration Dates for Non-Stock items?

Hi All,We are currently exploring options to keep track of expiration Dates for Non-Stock items.Our client has Expiration Dates for Consumables that are Expensed right away and are in general treated like a Non-Stock Item.Before recommending rethinking the usage of these items to be Stock items, we wanted to see if there are any ideas or proven ways out there to keep track of Expiration Dates for Non-Stock items? Inventory Levels are not really needed but it should serve as an Indicator of what material they need to get rid of within their Facility. One example is Specialty Glue. Any ideas on how this could be accomplished without the need of having a Stock item for this.

Need help with a Generic Inquiry

Hi,I am new to Acumatica and need assistance setting up a Generic Inquiry. I was able to setup a GI but the information looks incomplete.We want to create a GI that shows invoices under Bills and Adjustments for a project that has a pending status for the Project Task and Inventory ID in Bills & Adjustments under the Details tab. Auto Create a New Case When Sales Order is emailed.

We want to create a new case when the Send button is clicked on the email activity. We have setup Incoming mail processing for delivery@barefootspas.com. This works if we send an email from an external source to delivery@barefootspas.com a case gets created.In the email activity screen we have setup a template that includes delivery@barefootspas.com on the CC of the email. the TO: is the customers email address. (see screen shot included).In this scenario, the email is received but the case is never created. We have tried to put the delivery@barefootspas.com email address in the TO field along with the customer email, in the CC field and the BCC field. The case does not get created with any of these settings when sending the email from the Email Activity.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Reclassing Sales

I have a set of sales that I wish to isolate and reclass to a different account. Has anyone done this before? I’m not sure how to handle the shuffling out of one account into another, the finance segments in ACK have always been a weak-spot for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.Longer explanation: We started up a new division, but we didn’t know it would be it’s own full division until it grew. So now I need to take the sales for those items and put them to a new class to show a new profit center on our P&L. I can find the old/new accounts and sub accounts easily enough, but actually deducting from the old account and attaching everything to the new account without wrecking my system has me a bit nervous. Thanks in advance for your help!
