I’m trying to add photos to a files customization project, however I don’t see them on the list of add files to add. I believe my added photos are in the right spot, but I don’t see them. Are they in the right place?
I'm trying to create a button that will run both the Print Labels and Print Shipment Confirmation actions for a shipment. I found some examples in the Acumatica base code that look to run one action, then wait, then run another, but it's not working for me. Below is one of the code examples I'm trying. The order which they run doesn’t matter. Everything I’ve tried either doesn't run the second action, or doesn’t run either action. I think I'm having trouble because one returns files and the other runs a report. Any ideas on what to do? public PXAction<SOShipment> printCombinedLabelShipmentConfirmation; [PXButton(CommitChanges = true), PXUIField(DisplayName = "Print Labels/Packing Slip", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)] public virtual IEnumerable PrintCombinedLabelShipmentConfirmation(PXAdapter adapter) { var list = adapter.Get<SOShipment>().ToList(); var key = Guid.NewGuid();var printArgs = new PrintPackageFilesArgs{Shipment
When a user clicks Create Shipment on the Sales Order screen, I want to update each line of the Sales Order with the current date if the line was shipped.I tried 10 different ways to do this. The easiest way I though of was to use the SOShipLine Row Persisting or Row Persisted method on the Shipments graph extension. In those methods, I tried to get the SOLine related to the SOShipmentLine being saved to the DB and update the SOLine custom field. This throws an error the the SOLine is already updated and the update to SOLine is rolled back.My next approach is to override the CreateShipmentIssue method that is called when you click Create Shipment. I am invoking the method, then trying to update the SOLine after the method has been invoked.After the method has been invoked, I try to get the SOShipLine where the SOLine has the SOShipLine.origOrderNbr, SOShipLine.origLineNbr, and SOShipLine.origOrderType fields.However, the select returns null. I think this is because the Shipment ha
I am fill created by field by some user. But when document saved “created by” filled by user which run process screen.
I get this error when creating a receipt transfer from a SO transfer. The SO transfer is created with 1 SO line item and 4 lot nr. Using the Create Shipment action the SO creates 4 ship lines for the same item each with its own lot nr. Using the API I create a transfer receipt with a TransferOrderLineNbr of 1 for each item/lot nr combination. I get the error “Incorrect value. The value to be entered must be less than or equal to 234.00.; receiptQty: Incorrect value. The value to be entered must be less than or equal to 234.00” I attached the SO and shipment that are created and the Json for the receipt transfer and the Json response from Postman Tested on Default endpoint 23.200.001 and 22.200.001, same result
I need to add my custom field for user selector.#region Creator [PXDBString] [PXUIField(DisplayName = Messages.Creator, Required = true, Enabled = true, Visibility = PXUIVisibility.SelectorVisible)] [PXSelector( typeof(Search<Users.username, Where<Users.isHidden, Equal<False>>>) )] public virtual string Creator { get; set; } public abstract class creator : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<creator> { } #endregion I have some problem
If I want to modify the html for a custom field in a grid view, I am not sure where to do it.Example scenario:I created a custom field in the GLTran table UsrNSCustomer. In the Modern UI editor (in Project Editor), I add the field to the view.This is the field I added as it shows in the editor. the typescript file is generated. Now the field shows in the grid when I publish the customization. import { PXFieldState} from "client-controls";import { GL301000, GLTran } from "src/screens/GL/GL301000/GL301000";export interface GL301000_GreenSparkGLUDF_generated extends GL301000 {}export class GL301000_GreenSparkGLUDF_generated {}export interface GLTran_GreenSparkGLUDF_generated extends GLTran {}export class GLTran_GreenSparkGLUDF_generated { UsrNSCustomer: PXFieldState;}The html in the editor does the job of pulling this field onto the grid using the gridDetails id. <qp-tab id="tabTransactions" caption="Details"> <qp-grid id="gridDetails" view.bind="GLTranModuleBatNbr" w
When trying to edit the ASPX of the Vendors screen in Acumatica 25R2, I get the following error: 'You have insufficient rights to access the object (GraphAspxEdit).' This is preventing me from customizing the ASPX for the screen to fit my needs. Is there a reason that this is happening? I'm logged in as the administrator and have had access to this feature in previous versions of Acumatica. Any assistance would be welcome.
I’ve done several complicated modifications to out-of-box screens now, but I’ve encountered one I can’t solve.I need to replace the ‘Phone1’ field of the ‘Contacts’ fieldset on the Contacts screen with another version with an additional button in the same row.The complication of this task is that the ‘Contacts’ fieldset is a predefined template that is ‘included’. CR302000.html - The ‘Details’ tab is ‘included’ from an extension (‘tabGeneral’):<qp-tabbar id="ContactCurrent_tab" class="label-size-m" wg-container> <qp-tab id="tabGeneral" caption="General" ref="tabGeneral_Content"></qp-tab>CR302000_General.html - ‘Contacts’ is ‘included’ from the template form:<template id="tabGeneral_Content"> <qp-template id="Details-form" name="1-1"> <div slot="A"> <qp-include url="src/screens/common/form-contact-person/form-contact-person.html" fs-id="tabDetails_Contact" contact-view="ContactCurrent"
Hello Community, I am working to try and modify the ItemInfo view on the “Add Items” button of the sales order screen and running into some trouble and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I understand I needed to extend the graph “PXGraphExtension<SOOrderSiteStatusLookupExt, SOOrderEntry>” but the ItemInfo view seems much different to modify vs other views in various forms. The goal is to limit what items can show up in the view based on some criteria entered in the sales order header. Is it possible to say, only show items where in another view? Maybe I just need to rebuild the ItemInfo view in the initialize of the graph extension? Is that possible? Thanks,Adam
I want to move the User Defined Field ‘Billable Expense’ from the User Defined Field tab to the first column of the Document tab. Is there an easy way to do this?
Hi All,I want to colour the font in a grid I created on a custom screen. Is there a way to do this?Acumatica version: 25.R1 (25.101.0153.4)I really appreciate any help you can provide.Regards,Lalith
Trying to get my first DAC to work. I am trying to retrieve data from a separate Azure database on the same network.When I create the code file I get “Cannot generate members of the DAC: A table with the specified name does not exist in the database.” I have a data provider created, but can’t figure out where acumatica connects to the other data. Is there a setup step still missing?
I have a client that has setup a business event triggered by an ACH payment on an AP Invoice. The business event currently sends a notification email that contains an attachment generated by a report that contains the details of the AP Invoice.The client ‘s request is to also attach any files that are attached to that AP Invoice to that same notification.I have tried an approach where the business event would invoke a new action in APPaymentEntry that would compose the email from the email template with the attached report and then would get and attach any files attached to the APInvoice linked to the payment.I have run into problems referencing the correct methods to generate the email notifications so the code would compile.Is something like this possible? Is there another way I could hook into the standard Acumantica business event notification email process where I would not have to compose the email and attached report and just add the other attachments?Thank you in advance for yo
Hi all, I have Moved my custom Web Service Endpoints to a Package and I publish to all my Tenants. This worked well. Now if I make a change to the Web service endpoint. Do I have to edit the package for the changes to be in there and republish ? Or now that they are in a package I should just have to republish for the changes to go to other tenants. Thank you.
I have this code that was working fine on a production instance, but doesn’t work now that I am working on it from a development instance. The goal is to have specific lines that were manually added to a count receive a default expiration date of 1/1/2000. I have a method in a different code file that looks through every line in INPIDetail and uses a BQL query to assign the correct expiration dates.The validation code works fine, but I can’t seem to duplicate the success of the default date assignment code despite changing event handlers, conditional checks etc.The reason I’m doing this is to avoid an issue where when adding an expiring item to a count, it immediately wipes the entire count after entering the lot number and using OK, because it thinks the expiration date is missing, requiring the user to re-enter PI number and location to continue.Here is my code so far:using System;using System.Collections;using System.Collections.Generic;using System.Threading;using PX.Data;using PX.
I see at least one other post about this version but it is marked as solved. I downloaded the version listed under 2025 R1 SP 1. The Esign integration version is listed as 25.101.0. This project fails to publish. It validates then after nearly an hour it eventually fails to publish. Where can I find more information on why it failed? How it this integration supported. We are getting ready to go live and I was told by my rep this integration was something Acumatica provided. It appears to be more of a community project than an Acumatica feature.
Is there a way to add a custom Command Parameter to a modern UI button that gets passed to the PXAction like you were able to do in the classic UI?
I need a help creating an import scenario for service contracts. We have a custom screen where attributes are defined in Table 1. I want to upload corresponding records into Table 2, which is dependent on Table 1.For example: Table 1 contains groups such as Group 1, Group 2, Group 3. Table 2 contains equipment entries such as Equipment 1, Equipment 2, Equipment 3. The requirement is to upload data into Table 2 using an import scenario so that: When Group 1 is selected in Table 1, Equipment 2 details are displayed in Table 2. When Group 2 is selected, Equipment 1 details are shown, and so on. Please help me design an import scenario to achieve this setup.
I’m implementing an integration between Acumatica and a Next.js application. The goal is to automatically create a Project, Project Task, and multiple Project Budget records based on data stored in the Next.js app.The challenge I’m facing is related to the large volume of budget lines — each project can have thousands of budget items. Using the built-in REST API would require sending thousands of individual requests (one per budget line), which is both inefficient and prone to network or timeout issues. Missing even a few budget items is not acceptable in this scenario.To address this, I’m exploring a solution that allows batch creation of multiple Project Budget records in a single operation (or at least in smaller batches). My plan is to build a customization project in Acumatica that exposes a custom endpoint designed specifically for this use case.This endpoint would accept a list of budget items (via JSON) and create them all in one go using a PXGraph or a similar mechanism within
The existence of the total aggregate column in setting up a GI implies the existence of standard methods for creating a footer in a PXGrid. This is further supported by the existence of markup for the Footer of a PXGridColumn, such as the following being valid markup: <Layout FooterVisible="True" /> <px:PXGridColumn DataField="SalesAmount" Width="95"> <Footer SummaryType="Sum"></Footer> </px:PXGridColumn>However, I can’t find any reliable documentation of how to leverage the GI technique in a custom page, and other questions/answers relating to this topic don’t on close inspection actually answer the topic. For example, one of the threads suggests a solution of instead of modifying the footer to add a dummy row for the subtotal to the end of the result set - a solution that isn’t applicable to the large result sets I’m dealing with.Can someone suggest if there is a way to replic
Is there (will there be) a customization package for Docusign/E-Sign functionality for Acumatica 25R1? The last available package is from a few months ago and errors out if you attempt to publish it to a 25R1 temporary sandbox. Thanks in advance if someone can direct me further on this. We have several clients using the functionality that want to migrate.
Hello everyone,I’m trying to add a custom action to the Generic Inquiry (GI) Mass Actions menu, but I haven’t been able to make it work.The custom action is defined in a graph extension as follows:namespace PX.Objects.PM { public class ProjectEntry_Extension: PXGraphExtension < ProjectEntry > { public override void Initialize() { base.Initialize(); cusMassAction.IsMass = true; } #region Actions // Mass Action public PXAction < PMProject > cusMassAction; [PXProcessButton(CommitChanges = true, Category = "Processing")] [PXMassAction] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Cus Mass Action", IsDirty = true)] protected IEnumerable CusMassAction(PXAdapter adapter) { bool isMassProcess = adapter.MassProcess; foreach(PMProject project in adapter.Get < PMProject > ()) { project.Status = "S"; Base.Project.Cache.Update(project); } Base.Actions.PressSave(); return adapter.Get(); } #endregion }}The action works
Has anyone else had problems with modern UI for Acumatica screens that are customized? We have discovered that when you create extension modern UI files for a screen like the Vendor screen, they won’t work because Acumatica forgot to include export statements on the TS file for the screen so that they can be referenced by ISVs TS file to include custom fields onto the modern UI.Also, the extension modern UI files don’t seem to be able to loaded into a customization project...just the files that are for non-Acumatica screens. So, at this point, we apparently have to manually copy our files into the extensions folder for each screen and then edit the Acumatica screen TS file manually for every customized Acumatica screen for each of our customers? WTH?
Hello everyone, I have a FieldUpdated handler for SOOrder.ShipVia which works fine, but upon saving, Acumatica throws the error ‘Another process has updated the ‘SOAddress’ record. if (e.Row.ShipVia == "W" && oldValue != "W"){ INSite site = INSite.PK.Find(Base, order.DefaultSiteID); if (site != null) { Address siteAddr = Address.PK.Find(Base, site.AddressID); if (siteAddr != null) { SOShippingAddress address = Base.Shipping_Address.Current = Base.Shipping_Address.Select(); if (address != null) { address.OverrideAddress = true; Base.Shipping_Address.Update(address); address = Base.Shipping_Address.Current; address.AddressLine1 = siteAddr.AddressLine1; address.AddressLine2 = siteAddr.AddressLine2; address.City = siteAddr.City; address.CountryID = siteAddr.CountryID; address.State = siteAddr.State;
