HiWe sell various hardware items.  Suppose we are selling Item A.Item A may be issued from Stock in 3 ways:at the standard price, paid in full by the customer on invoice on a hire purchase (rental to purchase model), paid over a term of 36 months free of charge as a warranty replacement In each case the Item is identical so I don’t want to create more than one Inventory ID.  As far as I see Subitems or Attributes would require me to do so.Currently we distinguish between these models as follows:price applied is the list price price applied is the list price with 100% discount free item box is tickedIs there a better way to identify these different commercial methods on a Sales Order, such that we can report on them conveniently later?

Hi everyone - We recently experienced a spike in SPAM activity. We have taken additional measures to prevent SPAM but still need everyone’s help. If you see what appears to be a SPAM post, please ‘Report’ it:   and put SPAM in the dialogue box. Apologies to those who have had to put up with it and thank you to everyone who has already been reporting them! 

Is there a way that I can block or disable the changing of the financial period by all users. At the moment you select the date and the period automatically populate but it still allows the user to change the period. It has a warning, but we would like an error like when a period is closed or inactive. We have found some users change the financial period even if they should not. This causes a lot of issues when it comes to reporting.

Does anyone know how to permanently set the screen to display more records ie. vertically?  Some of the screen has a scrollbar on the side to scroll up/down for more records although there are still a lot of room at the bottom of the screen.For example, this screen the bottom part still has a lot of room and I can only drag the line down for a few more rows: I can zoom in on my browser to display more records vertically but then the font size becomes too small to read.  Please advise if there is a way to modify the screen to display more rows (ie. permanently).  Thanks...
