We are excited to announce the availability of the Help Portal for Acumatica ERP 2022 R1. Along with this news, we want to share the most recent changes we have made to the Help Portal to improve the user experience with the site.Starting today, the Help Portal (help.acumatica.com) provides ERP and SDK documentation for the latest version only, which is currently 2022 R1. (See the following screenshot.) This change will help users easily find the needed information about the most recent version of the product.  However, users can still access the documentation for earlier versions of Acumatica ERP by clicking https://help-archive.acumatica.com/ to go to the Archived Help Documentation page. From this page, shown in the following screenshot, users can go to any supported version of the Help. Users can also access the archived help documentation from the site menu in the Help Portal and Acumatica Community. To find it, click Support > Archived Product Documentation (as shown below). H

You may have received notice from Avalara regarding support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 being disabled in the sandbox and production environment. If you are in Acumatica’s SaaS environment, we want to ensure you that our application supports TLS 1.2 for both server and client. No further action is necessary in light of this announcement.On-premise customers need to ensure TLS 1.2 is enabled on the application server where Acumatica ERP is hosted for Avalara integration to continue to work after Avalara applies the change.

Acumatica took action to analyze any potential issues related to the recent Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE-2021-44228 / Log4j also known as Logshell / Logjam) and determined that there is no immediate threat to Acumatica users. Using the Remote Code Execution vulnerability in the Apache Log4j open source-component an attacker can potentially run malicious code that can perform unauthorized operations. This is defined by the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) as a level 10 exploit. The Acumatica SAAS platform does not utilize Apache Log4j rather our environment operates through Microsoft IIS hosted services. Although our environment is not susceptible to this vulnerability, we monitor and assess our environment for vulnerabilities across our hosted products to protect both SaaS and self-hosted customers and issuing security bulletins with instructions on how to remediate for self-hosted installations.
