Perfect! I found the grace setting solution yesterday. Thanks for confirming this is the proper solution.
Thanks!
Perfect! Thanks!
It sure does help! THANSK!
Debbie,Thank you so much for the reply! Unfortunately we cannot delete the labor either. I will open a support case for this. Thanks again!
Debbie, Your advice was good.On the production order type, we had 2 items set to “not allowed”. After we allowed these we were able to release the labor, which allowed us to close the production order.Move on completed order and Over completed orders were the 2 items we changed.
Thanks for confirming Naveen!Do you have any thoughts as to why the totals of these do not always equal the quantity displayed in Stock Items warehouses quantities?
Hello,I did not get a response to this a few days ago and am replying to myself in an attempt to get this question exposed to the community again. I will not do this again and I am sorry to re-ask.Thanks!
Naveen and Jini,Thank you both for your replies. I have been examining tables and processes and now believe there is no way to show qty produced off of an individual machine unless there is only one machine per work center.Unfortunately, I haven’t found a particular screen name for me to examine to ensure I have all QTYs produced. It would be GREAT if I had a screen name so I could examine the fields on it!
Perfect! Thank you both!
Please disregard this question. I changed the date out to the future a few weeks and the EOM cycle became available.
The only thing that comes to mind is to have separate Stock Item for each piece. Then group them together based on a kit. Possibly a BOM with a single “assembly” or “gather together” operation. I’m not sure if that helps at all, but that is all that comes to my mind.
Kbeatty,Thanks for the reply. I am sorry, I do not see anywhere to set Bill Separately on the addresses/locations.Can you please direct me to what I am missing? Thanks again for replying!
KBeatty,I’m sorry, I think I didn’t explain this well. This is the setting I want to set at the customer level instead of on the order types. I don’t see this in any of your screen shots.
Thanks everyone for the replies!
Perfect!Thanks!
Thanks for the reply!I’m sorry, I am unsure what you mean.
Thanks for the screen shots.Unfortunately, I do not see the same things you do.
2021R1 and looks the same in R2
plmainard,Thanks! Since we missed some material issues and the production order is closed, this seems like the best solution. Sincerely, thank you for taking the time to respond!
Is your 20x20 plate it’s own stock item number?Could you issue .75 of it to your production order thereby leaving 25% in stock to be used later?
I would echo Neil’s suggestion of using an import scenario.
Thanks Debbie!!!
