Looking for AP automation in Acumatica:Automatically capture vendor invoices from email/PDF Auto-match invoices send by vendor to POs/bills in Acumatica system Only flag for manual review if price variance exceeds tolerance Auto-send payment batches to bank after matchingWe only need the above core functions—no extra or complicated features required.We’re wondering:Is there a native Acumatica solution for this, or recommended third-party integrations? Our biggest challenge: some of our item IDs are different from vendor item IDs (only descriptions are similar). How does AP automation handle matching the correct line items in this case?Any advice or experience would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi everyone,Have a client looking to send and manage surveys using Acumatica, perhaps with a Surveymonkey integration. Everything I’m seeing (including the latest GitHub package) is about 3 years old. Does anyone have info on a current option?

When making a transaction with API - is it possible to have it be created with Pending Approval status?When I add Hold= false to the request, it does that but it creates it without lines. With Hold = true it creates it with all the lines but status is on hold.Can it be created with status Pending Approval but with lines? Or is not possible because adding Hold=false prevents it from being editable and adding lines?

We want to use the SendGrid integration to track opens, clicks, etc. for emails from Acumatica. This includes emails sent: From the Mass Emails screen.  Through Notifications, e.g. sales order notifications, invoice notifications, etc. I configured a system email account to integrate with SendGrid and set it to track opens, etc. by default. When I create an individual email from a business account, those settings populate through to the email, but when I created emails via the mass emails screen and the Print Statements screen, the settings to track opens and clicks (“Track Email Opens” and “Track Clicks in Email”) were not checked on the email activity. Do we need to do something more with our configuration, or does the SendGrid tracking not work for mass emails and notifications?

I created the wrapper using the 2026 R1 TestSDK. I tried running the test automation suite, but I’m unable to execute the tests. I reviewed the 2026 R1 TestSDK documentation and found only a single mention of “Modern UI,” without any additional guidance.Also, the Test Automation GitHub repository/sample project appears to be about two years old, and there haven’t been any updates to the sample test project.We run the test automation suite and submit the results for certification. Could you please confirm whether Acumatica supports Modern UI automation with the 2026 R1 TestSDK? If it is supported, is there a specific setup, configuration, or recommended approach required to run tests against the Modern UI?If Modern UI automation is not supported (or not required yet), can we submit the legacy/classic UI automation results for certification, and will that be considered acceptable/compliant?

Client is using AVALARA for sales tax and ECM. Avalara is telling the client that they need to upload all customers - it is my understanding that there is funcitonality to Manage Exempt Customers and add to Avalara.  We have the tax connector working for sales tax, however when we try to create a customer in ECM provider in Acuamtica, we get an error:  Company is not found.  The company with the ID ‘0’ was not found.  Anyone have insight into using ECM? Is the Tax Provider also used for ECM? There is no option to add a separate ECM Provider in Acumatica.They are logging in through a single account and have only one company.  Thanks!

I am having trouble “Retrieving” transactions in “Process Bank Transactions”. It says successful when i click retrieve but nothing comes in. Then i try to load transactions in test mode and it only shows what has been brought in. Currently, we only have transactions brought in through 12/17. But when I look at transactions on the American Express side, it shows transactions from 12/18 and 12/19 that should have come in. Aside from American Express, our Bank account feeds only worked for one day. The day we migrated them after the upgrade to R2 2022. Since then, nothing has come in on those feeds.

Has anyone integrated Acumatica with PunchOut2Go?  I know Paramount Workplace has an integration as part of their larger solution but the customer only needs the punch out functionality.  They would like to integrate with Purchase Requests and Requisitions.   https://www.punchout2go.com/

Currently the Acumatica to Avalara/ Avatax ECM connector requires that the customer record have the Primary Contact.  Many clients do not use these fields and certainly wouldn’t use them for requesting a sales tax exemption certificate.  They would use the information on the Bill-To Info tab.  This has the correct emails and phone numbers for these types of requests.  There is also an Account Name or Attention field that can be used as the contact for the request.  The current mapping is not useful,  it would make the connector usable if it mapped to the Bill-To Tab and not the primary contact.

Good afternoon all, I have a client who wishes to upload a PDF in the Drawing or Photo Logs workspace and essentially have Acumatica convert the images in the PDF, think of like drawings, into Acumatica as individual photo log or drawing log records. Hi,I’m trying to retrieve more detailed information about the items in a shipment.The REST API endpoint /entity/Default/23.200.001/Shipment/<shipmentNbr> returns the InventoryID.This InventoryID can then be used to fetch item data through either /entity/Default/23.200.001/NonStockItem/<InventoryID> or /entity/Default/23.200.001/StockItem/<InventoryID>.However, I’m not sure which endpoint should be used in this case. Does anyone have experience integrating Acumatica to warehouse high density storage systems?  A customer of ours has Acumatica with distribution and warehouse management.  They have just ordered a Kardex VLM (Vertical Lift Module).  They used to be called vertical carousels.I am presuming that, because each VLM could require a separate pick list, that they would need to be configured as warehouses.  Could they, instead, be treated as locations?What else do we need to consider?

Hi, We have a client that uses Amex@work for their users. As of the current release 2022 R1, Plaid does not integrate with the Amex@work platform only individual Amex Accounts. Our client has over 100 Amex Accounts that they would have to purchase bank feeds for since Acumatica and Plaid do not work with Amex@work. Does anyone know if the new service called MX is compatible with Amex@work in the newest release 2022 R2? Also, if not is there an efficient workaround to make Acumatica and Amex@work integrate together. Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you,Frances Pantelidakis 

Question if we send the Latitude and Longitude to Avalara as we dont have the address (zip, state etc) to calculate Sales Text (feature added in 21R2) is it possible to get the address back from Avalara and populate to Acumatica along with the tax amounts

Hello Everyone, We have converted our custom screens to Modern UI, as well as the default screens that contain custom fields, by creating extension files. These have also been converted to Modern UI.We then added the corresponding .ts and .html files into the Modern UI folder of the customization package. However, when we tried to publish the package, we encountered issues, primarily with the default screen extension files. The package is not being published, and we are experiencing errors related to the' npm run' while publishing the package.Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks in advance  Custom screen:
