Import Scenario - Create Shipments/Invoices Works - Shows an Error

Good day,The below screenshot is from Import scenario that worked but shows an Error. Has anyone run into this error or what is means. I can run the import; it creates the shipment/invoices. I have attached the scenarios. I working on bring in historical data and processing through the system.

How to automatically format column sets when exported?

ABHi there,When I export the report to excel, the column field for the column field results to merging into one cell. Example is in the picture. Where do I format it so that my SO number would only fill column C instead of columns C and D?And why is my ColumnHeader not shown when my excel ‘visible’ is already ‘true’?Thanks a lot!

Reprint Released Paycheck's Pay Stub

Mobile Redirect issue - New Create Opportunity action added to appointment and extended to Mobile won't redirect

Customers of Field Service need to be able to schedule estimate/measurement appointments and provide their prospects with a quote. To accomplish this, and minimize the errors and clicks, I have added an action to the appointment screen to create an opportunity. It works perfectly in the UI and I can field update the opportunity with the customer id, contact info and a UDF to be populated with the service order nbr for linkage. My main issue is that it is not redirecting in the mobile app and I am out of ideas on how to make this work. I am not a developer but am very dangerous in no code workflow/customizations.I have tried several combinations of various parameters and window modes. When I click on the action in mobile it looks very much like it would like to redirect to Opp screen but it never does. Help?? :-) Just for fun I tried adding these to no avail. What’s weird is that when I looked at the XML I expected to see a line referring to the action NEWOPP since it is showing

Hi everyone, I just have a question.Do B2B Bigcommerce supports Sales Prices sheet, customer specific discount, qty discounts on a line item level, and order level discounts from Acumatica? AP Multi Step Approval Vendors not being excluded

Hi, Attached we are trying to troubleshoot an A/P workflow. Step 2 (Fleet Manager) is not behaving the way we want. For this step we want the approver to approve only bills with G/L accounts 4120,5230,4110,4150, and 4500 but exclude vendors V0307, V0546, V0077, and V0309. The condition is not working. Here is a screenshot. Logically it looks correct but the approver is still getting invoices for those excluded vendors with the G/L accounts. How can I update the condition to make this happen. The Fleet Manager step is the only thing that is not working. The condition is not setup correctly. Any suggestions would be great. I have also attached the Approval Workflow. Make a flexible grid in Report Designer

Is it possible to create a grid on a Report, where the cells height are always the same, even if one cell has more rows of data than the others? I want to center the data vertically, but this is thrown off as the heights of the cells are different.Any help would be appreciated.

Customers with one-off credit cards - how to hide credit cards that were only used once or a few times?

We have several customers now that are using bill payment services that send us a one time credit card number. We would like to make those not show at all after they have been marked inactive. I don’t want to have to filter them based active and inactive each time I go to their account to choose a card. Does anyone else deal with these one-time credit cards? Thank you.

Cannot display department of the salesperson

Hello,Anyone who can help me be able to display Department ID of the (salesperson) in an SO order? I tried connecting EPEmployee to Salesperson which is connected to SOOrder by SalespersonID, by using either ordernbr, ownerid, baccountid, salespersonID, etc. and there’s no error message in the field which makes me think the Tables did get connected but I got no display of data though. Pls help, thank you!

Setting Creation Date Criteria on GI

Hello,I have created a GI for daily orders and I am trying to set a condition so it only pulls orders created Today(). I have brought in the SOORder.CreatedDateTime and set the value1 to Today(). However that does not return any results. I am not sure it is due to the fact that the Created on has time included. But got stuck on something that fells like it should be a very easy Condition. I have included the GI below. Thoughts?

Hello, I am trying to update Vendors. When I try to import it, it pops up with an error saying “The key cannot be updated at this time. Try to save your previous changes first.”.Here in my mapAnd the errorThere are no errors showing up on the lines of the import.What could be causing this? Thanks!

How to configure Page Footer only appear on last page

Does anyone have any ideas on how to configure Page Footer only appear on last page? I have set the behaviour to Print on Last Page as “TRUE”. However, when the report are more than 3 pages long, the footer shows up on the succeeding pages except for the first page. Average customer order count over rolling 12 month period

Anyone know how to create a GI that displays the average customer order count over a rolling 12 month period? I’d also need to be able to exclude specific order type (mainly returns).I’m just not sure how to get an order count using formulas. And I would need to include any open (non-completed) orders in the count as well.
