There is not currently a vendor portal, there is a customer portal. Is that what you are referring to?

Depending on your needs, even though there is not official Vendor Portal, still you can create a User Group and User Role for the vendors to determine their permission to screens and then set up Row Level Security to limit vendors access to their own records only. I developed this for a client and worked for them but of course it will need some maintenance to set up new vendors logins and set their vendor permission.
if you have IT team on board (or using someone else service) you can add a method on creating vendor to create the required user automatically and set the vendor row level security for it.
