What is the maximum limit for the number of cost budget lines/tasks that can be added to a project?

Hello all, I was wondering if there is a maximum limit to the number of cost budget lines that can be added to projects? One of the projects had around 200-250 tasks( mostly 250) and when we tried to add another cost budget line/ task and save, we got the following error : Just want to know if there is a limit to the number of lines that can be added to a project cost budget or tasks. And if there is a limit, can it be increased?

Error on Shipment of Lotted Items

Receiving the following error when trying to create a shipment for a lotted item.Not sure I understand this error because there is 1 item available in that specified lot. This error happening on all lotted items on Sales Orders.

Purchase Order linked to a production order

From a production order you can create a PO. If I purchase material this way it seems that a linkage should have been created from the PO to the production order. Where can I see that linkage?I don’t see where I can see linked POs on the production order.I don’t see where I can see the linked production order on the PO.Thanks!

Payment Voucher Report error when joining Aptran and Apadjust Table

Hi,I have to get Account Id ,Transaction Description from APTran Table and adjusted amount from ApAdjust Table for my Payment Voucher Report.I need to join ApPayment Table , APAdjust Table and ApTran Table.1st I joined ApPayment Table(column - RefNbr) and ApAdjust Table(column-AdjgRefNbr) below like that. Then I joined ApAdjust Table(column - AdjdRefNbr) and ApTran (column-RefNbr)Table below like that.But,After adding 2nd join report designer show below error. If we remove the second join error is gone. Can you give the solution for this issue.Thanks

How to send a list of service orders in one email notification triggered by a business event

I have a GI with a list of service orders and want to email that list of service orders in one email notification, triggered by a business event. If I add the ((FSServiceOrder_refNbr)) it returns just one of several. Is there a way to get it to list, just like in a report designer? -David

Import Scenario - Production Orders

Hi,Does anyone have an example of a working Production Order Maintenance import scenario?Currently doing an import for the Qty to Produce field - per usual, keys (Order Type, Production Nbr) are committed first, which during manual entry would populate the form with relevant details such as inventory ID, warehouse, etc.However, have not seen it working with this screen in particular. Import scenario (refer active rows) Error Have tried multiple configurations of commit/hold/etc, but have yet to get any working. Appreciate any help provided.

Customer Location is Showing Record Deleted? Is active

Good day,The MAIN Location is tagged with warning message :Record as Been Deleted. Any advice on correcting this issue would be grateful. The MAIN location is active. Don’t see any issues when using it on SO. Below is a note from TC that they believe is causing an issue with the 945We are having some integration problems with our customer Home Depot Pom, when receiving the 945 we are getting a location missing not valid error from True Commerce. While investigating it appears that our customer master has an error for the “MAIN” location which is what we are mapping to. I met with the developer at True Commerce this morning and he thinks the issue is being caused by the customer master error below. The error says, “the record has been deleted.”Thank you.@Evan G

Error releasing or deleting an invoice that is linked to a shipment with an inventory transaction

A user created a shipment with an incorrect quantity and prepared an invoice. The associated Shipment 000123 has a Confirmed status. When trying to correct the shipment the message is:Shipment already posted to inventory or invoiced for order SO 03697601, shipment cannot be reopened.The associated invoice has a Balanced status. My understanding is that we need release the invoice, then create a sale order Credit Memo to return the inventory, and finally create a new shipment. However when attempting to release the invoice the error is:The Status for 000123 Shipment cannot be updated The same error message appears when trying to delete the balanced invoice. It seems like there is some corruption or inconsistency in the data. We have also opened a ticket with support, but hoping maybe someone on this message board has seen this situation and can offer your wisdom.Any thoughts on how best to untangle it?

Project Editor - Adding a New Field That Uses Existing Data

BackgroundRecently I was trying to do an export on Sales Orders that excluded all Detail Inventory lines that have the Type “Non-Stock”. I attempted many times to get this simple code below to work.Each time failed, but I noticed the Type field was not included in the Details line on Sales Orders. So, I tested it on a field that was already in the details section, Warehouse.After doing this export I noticed all the records I wanted excluded were gone. My assumption is the Type field needs to be included in the Details line on Sales Order to have it be excluded from the export. So, I attempted to add the Type field to the existing Details section through the Project Editor. Here’s where my issue comes up. ProblemI have no idea how to add an already existing field from another location onto the Tab > Details > Grid: Transactions page for Sales Orders. I have attempted adding the field via the SO301000 > Fields tab, however, it comes back with an error stating the data does not h

Generic Inquiry - Product Run Rate formula

Hi Community,I’m working on GI POLines 2.0, where I can see a bunch of relevant data all in one spot. I’m trying to create a field and formula that will give me a run rate for specific products over a specified date range. The data I would need is InventoryID - SUM of QTY on SO’s created during a date range, ideally <@Today-180. I’m struggling to figure out the best place to pull the data and/or write a formula where it will SUM the total quantity sold and allow me add date parameters.Attached is the GI I’ve been using. Thanks for the help. PS - I am running 2022 R1 Commerce Edition. I do not have the manufacturing module.

tax zone on customer file

Hi,I trying to create a GI to just show customer ID and the tax zone. I know I have to include the location table so I can pull the tax zone however I only want to see customer ID and tax zone not all the locations as well. Is there a way to do this?

Setting up a new tenant based on data from another tenant with the intention of changing the base currency

Good dayI intend to create a new company in another tenant based on data from another (that is the customer, vendors, cash accounts, chart of accounts, calendars and all other master files and set ups are the same. The only difference will be the base currency.Can I backup the snapshot in the new tenant and change the base currency in the new company as I do not have any transactions, I will then transact from a specific date (new financial year). Is it possible?

backfill box 7 for all yearly bills after vendor was deemed 1099-eligible

Is there a simplier way to backfill box 7 on existing AP bills once a vendor becomes 1099-eligible? AP Bills that were created before vendor became 1099-eligible shows blank, while the AP bills created after vendor became 1099-eligible shows box 7. Currently i have to open every bill and add box 7 manually, which is a huge waste of time.

FieldUpdated Doesn't pickup the change when happens in PXLongOperation

Hello All, I have a Field updated Event Handler that calls a method. It works fine until the change to the field comes from a PXLongOperation. To be more specific, on APInvoice the status field is updated by the different actions. All actions and status changes are monitored just fine until I Release the document (Status changes from Balanced to Open). This is when the handler misses the change possibly because it is running in a separate thread/scope. Below is the Handler I have. Has there been any update that will let us print the 1096 form in Acumatica? This form is used in conjunctions with Form 1099 filed with the IRS. The only topic I can find was from 2 years ago, but the links for help lead to a topic that is unrelated.
