Hi Community, AI and especially ChatGPT have been the number one topic of conversation for months. Have you already used ChatGPT with Acumatica in any way?For edge users, I have included BingChat as a SidePanel for a faster lead qualification (https://www.bing.com/search?form=MY02AE&OCID=MY02AE&pl=launch&q=AcctCD&showconv=1&showconv=1 inserted as a link). But this is also only a small possibility and unfortunately without automatic data transfer. Have you already found possibilities for this?
Getting the below error when trying to set value for a custom field. Is SendGrid integration with Acumatica Bi-directional. i.e. if we have a Marketing Campaign called “New Year Campaign” in Acumatica and if we send campaign emails from within SendGrid, will Activities under the Campaign in Acumatica get automatically updated with emails sent from SendGrid?
Hello dear Acumatica community,we want to trigger automatic (email) notifications as soon as a responsible person has been assigned to a task.Currently I tried to solve this via the following business event (in German)Unfortunately, it is not possible to query the direct input screen for tasks (cr306020), nor the task overview screen (ep404000) for business events.Therefore I tried to find a solution via the general query "Tasks" (GI000024); namely this can be queried for business events. The problem with this query is that it does not trigger the business event in the default.After research in existing threads here in the community I found out that in the general query the conditions should be deleted to allow an error free triggering of the business event.But then the problem is that the query "Tasks" (GI000024) queries the activities in general. So if you remove the condition that only tasks should be displayed, then also mails, remarks, etc. will be displayed. So the First problem
We are using an email template to reply to emails.In Support>Cases we locate the Case ID, go to Activities, open the email, click on REPLY ALL, SELECT TEMPLATE, Choose the template we want and click SELECT. The email template content is at the bottom of the email we are replying to instead of the top. Since upgrading to 2022 R2 there is a new option to Replace Email Contents when you apply the Template. That wipes out the entire email which we do not want to do.What we end up doing, is copying and cutting from the bottom of the email and pasting to the top.I’ve reviewed settings for the Email Templates and don’t see anything new. Any thoughts?

Is there a way to release multiple AP or AR invoices on hold at the same time or must you go into each one and release one by one? We want them to be on hold for safety reasons but we also would like to select multiple invoices and click “Remove Hold” instead of doing it individually. Thanks,
We have Customer View Standard Acumatica Dashboard in Acumatica, One of my customers reported the dashboard is not visible and throwing an error ' The given key was not present in the dictionary”Troubleshootsteps performed. Imported standard customer view Dashboard in Local instance the error remains the same. Uploaded each GI in the local instance, the error remains the same. Customer Management Featured present in the system. Access rights verified. Unpublished all packages and verified still getting the same error The given key was not in the dictionary.
Hi Team,We are getting the below error when an update is done on CROpportunity table.“Incorrect datetime value: '4095-15-255 255:63:63.1048575' for column 'Tstamp' at row 1”Column tststamp on the table is defined as`tstamp` timestamp(6) NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(6) ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(6), from my understanding this means if there is no explicit value defined for tststamp, if any update happens the value for tstamp column should be set to current timestamp. Not sure how this invalid value is getting set.
Hi All,We are having a weird issue while navigating to a screen from GI. The navigation from the GI to the Customs screen is only working for the admin role, for all other roles it shows up the below page. Under Access By Screen, Access By Role and Access By User we have set Delete access, but still page doesn’t show up.
Our current process is to create a Lead complete with New Contact and Business Name.We desire to default Lead Owner to Operator entering the Lead as well default respective New Business Account and Contact Owner from Lead Owner.Is there a way to setup Acumatica to accomplish this ?I have both entered Leads manually and from Import Scenario, setting Owner manually, converting to Business Account and Contact without the Owner copying over.
