Hello, We use Acumatica to send the emails and SendGrid to design and track. The issue we have is that the unsubscribe feature doesn’t seem to work when the template is imported into Acumatica. Is there a way to fix this issue in either SendGrid or Acumatica?
Hi Apologies if already answers here but haven't been able to find attempting to create filters etc in our Customer GI for Lapsed customers. For example we already have several tabs with filters for sales person etc but wanting a quick look ability for the sales team on the road with a tab that only includes for instance customers with no invoices / sales orders in last 90 days. I have a report that does this but hoping to achieve in the GI so it is quick and easy to see. I have a semi reasonable understanding of how to customise a GI but not sure what tables / fields etc I might need to add. Thanks
Hoping someone can assist. I have created a business event to send Shipment Confirmations once the Status of the shipment has been triggered from Open to Confirmed. The Business Event is working as there is a history of them firing, but the emails are not being sent: this is the Email Notification Template: Ive read other questions on here and the answer has been in the To: Field.. but I need to send it to the overridden Shipping Contact Email and there is no options for that: “If anyone can help me that would be much appreciated.CheersLara

Hi CommunityI would like to see the records belongs to owner of the account. Should not able to provide access to see other Business account or Leads owned by others.I am able to create a Gi and filter by Owner - Michael, able to get the records owned by him but when I search the other business account in the document form User can able to see other Business account owned by others.Do we have any option to restrict user to see only his accounts,customer or leads.
Row level security settings can be configured to limit access by user to certain email accounts for sending messages, but do these settings also apply to viewing Incoming and Sent message on those same accounts? Or is there another way to configure this security setting?Thanks in advance!
After upgraded to 23.110.0025 from 22R1, we have noticed that there is change when creating email activity from case (CR306000). In previous version, the default subject line would be "[Case #((Case.CaseCD))] (Case.Subject), now is “Summary:1”.We do have a lot of email templates associated with CR306000, but it looks like there is no default template associate with case email anymore, what is the reason behind this and is there a fix?Also, when replying to customer email, “Select template” action is now putting template content to bottom of the email, which is incorrect!
I followed this tutorial to set up automatically closing a case on pending customer status after 10 days. We have created Automation schedule for business events and that business events contains few reports and GI that will triggered to respective email every 1st of the month but it is not working after upgradation to 23R1.Schedule created and it processed. But event is not triggering to respective email it state that:
Business Account currency not updated on new Opportunity when created with the Create Oppotunity Action
In 23R1 (Build 23.108.0020 ) I’m noticing that whenever I use the Create Opportunity action from the Business Account screen, the new opportunity wont bring the Bussiness Account specified currency.Is it just me? or this is a missing detail in this version.Thanks!!

I’m just starting to explore Marketing activities in Acumatica and I’m stumbling right out of the box.I want to create a dynamic marketing list, but my underlying generic inquiry is not available as a selection for my marketing list.I’m sure I’m missing something basic, but I’m stumped.This is my generic inquiry setup (I’ve tried it with the workspace fields both filled in and blank):But it’s not listed as a selection on my marketing list: What am I missing??
Hi All,We are having a weird issue while navigating to a screen from GI. The navigation from the GI to the Customs screen is only working for the admin role, for all other roles it shows up the below page. Under Access By Screen, Access By Role and Access By User we have set Delete access, but still page doesn’t show up.
Hello,We are running the Salesforce Sync, but suddenly the real time sync has stopped working for BAccounts.I have made sure it’s set to “running” for BAccounts. I have also tried stopping it, and running the “full and failed/missed data” syncs. When I edit or insert a record on Salesforce, I can see the record under the “Salesforce Sync State” screen, with the Status “Modified Externally” and the Operation “Update” and the attempt counter is ZERO!! We need this fixed asap for orders to work right.
I have created a marketing campaign, which has leads and members applied to it. I then created a mass email for that campaign and it sent the email as expected.If I create a new mass email for the same campaign the program then does not allow me to send the new email to same members.If I add new members to the campaign then create a new mass email, the program emails only the new members.Any ideas why the program does this or best way to resolve without having to create a new campaign.
Hello community,we have an issue with the syncing of calendar entries. Some calendar entries are created multiple (sometimes a thousand) times in Acumatica/Haufe X360. Unfortunately, the system also doesn’t allow to delete this entry.Thank you so much in advance for any tips :)
