Is SendGrid integration with Acumatica Bi-directional. i.e. if we have a Marketing Campaign called “New Year Campaign” in Acumatica and if we send campaign emails from within SendGrid, will Activities under the Campaign in Acumatica get automatically updated with emails sent from SendGrid?

The Send Grid integration with Acumatica is primarily for sending transactional emails from Acumatica. It does not automatically update Acumatica's activities or campaign records based on emails sent from Send Grid outside of the transactional email context. Custom development or additional integrations would be needed to synchronize and track emails sent from Send Grid in Acumatica.
