I am glad to introduce you to @Chris Hackett ! Chris joined us as Community Manager and will be a host of our community platform. We have launched community a year ago and a lot of you helped us to grow and make it a great place to find answers to questions and share your experience with Acumatica. Hello everyone! I am happy to announce that our Knowledge Base now has a brand new home page! It can be accessed through the community header or through breadcrumbs of each KB article or category. Please let me know your feedback if any.In the nearest future, we are planning to improve navigation by adding subcategories inside of the categories we have right now, so we would appreciate your opinion and ideas on that too.

In the old site I remember there was a way to filter the ideas to see just your own. I can’t seem to find this functionality in this new website. I tried to search by my username, but it didn’t work.

Hi:If somebody has a question or issue with this community portal, there should be a community contact form? I couldn’t find one. Please add one to this portal. Thanks

I am trying to find some old ideas I have created and nothing is coming up for me. I have since switched companies so I was just looking by my last name.  I don’t even see a “my ideas” option anymore.  I was able to locate this one because I remembered it was an expense idea so I searched for expense and had to scroll down to locate my name.  Can you not search by name?  

Loving the new community. I’m going to send a message out to the AUGForums.com community (which will now pivot to focus on reporting in Acumatica) about this new Acumatica community. Before I do, I want to confirm that it’s ok for anyone to create an account, including MYOB customers, many of whom participate on AUGForums.com.
