community contact form

Hi Toon and happy new year! What community contact form do you mean?

Hi Aliya:

Every website/portal has normally a contact form where website/portal visitors can submit a question to the website/portal owner. 

For instance, I can not access the section of product idea. I wanted to submit a request to get access. I was looking for the contact form but couldn’t find one. 

Please provide a contact form. And please provide me access to Product Ideas.

thanks for the clarifications

1. any issues with the community should be submitted as support cases at Acumatica portal - > use the “Support” option from the header. 
2. If the issue is not user-specific, it should be submitted in this category of the forum “Community site discussions”
3. I will contact you in private messages about your access to ideas area
