I am trying to open opportunities via import scenario however I get an error stating that the open button is disabled. Is there a work around? It has been confirmed that it is not a permissions issue.
I’m trying to convert a BA to a customer in the import scenario screen. I received an error that said “edit customer”.. I only had the businesss account id and then the action to extend as customer. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I’m trying to run a basic import scenario that looks at specific opportunities and updates the owner. I know I’ve had issues before with updating an owner field on a business account, but not an opportunity. Any input? Sometimes it’s the simplest thing but I can’t figure out what would cause this...
I’ve been asked to identify business accounts where the ‘owner’ field contains an employee that is no longer active. I can’t figure out how to do this...I assume it’s possible?
We have a sales manager who has asked for the Opportunities GI to include additional default filtered tabs so sales users can access and work out of them. I create the filters I need and save them after the GI is created (where it’d live under a tab). Would this be the same process? How do you allow everyone to see them?
Can anyone tell me how to update an existing line via import scenario? For example, I have a software listed that I am trying to add a missing data point but every time I do it, it adds a new line (duplicate) of the software instead.

I have a user that personalized a dashboard and wants to share it with other users. Since the Allow Users to Personalize box is checked, is creating a new dashboard and adding the same widgets the only way to share? I haven't found another way.
I’m trying to configure ACRM and HubSpot, using the HubSpot Data Sync. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get our ACRM fields to appear for selection in the mapping.HubSpot support can’t assist any further and told me to reach out to ACRM support.Has anyone used this? I’m wondering if it’s my role within ACRM.
