Acumatica CRM and HubSpot Data Sync

I’m trying to configure ACRM and HubSpot, using the HubSpot Data Sync. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get our ACRM fields to appear for selection in the mapping.

HubSpot support can’t assist any further and told me to reach out to ACRM support.

Has anyone used this? I’m wondering if it’s my role within ACRM.
