BenjaminCrismanThank you for the quick response. I understand that the time is stored as UTC, and am trying to find a way to convert the UTC time to our local time while using the code that extracts the time for the CreatedDateTime field. Also all our users are located in the US Eastern Time Zone.
miguel80Thank you for the quick reply, that looks like it will do the trick.
yhartmanThank you for your assistance. I was able to edit the xml for the dashboard and remove the widget. Thanks again for the quick reply and helpful hint.
yisroel39Thank you for the quick reply. I will give you work around a try. Thanks again for your help!
manikantad18That worked Thank you!!
manikantad18Thank you but when I add noteID to the GI it adds a column to the output that shows a unique ID for the note not the not icon on the side of the GI. NOTE: this is not on the SOOrders GI this is on a new GI I am working on.
manikantad18Thank you!
MinushaWeerasuriya76Thank you, that is what I was looking for.Now for the next question, it appears the time is UTC, is there a way to convert it to local time?We are in the US Eastern Time ZoneThank you!
Thank you for the quick reply.I do have the Customizer Role, and will try to remember it is there and to use it to find this type of information.
Thank you for the reply. There has to be something flag or field somewhere otherwise you wouldn’t get the warning in Pick Pack Ship if you try to pick items that have already been picked. I’ll keep searching. Thanks again..
BenjaminCrismanI create the column as you suggested and ran the GI. Looking at the results the date in the new column is the same as the date we are using in the Tile with the parameter of @Today-1. This worked fine until November 1st when the GI returned no data for October 31.On November 2 the GI displayed data from November 1st as expected and it continues to work each day since. It seems that on November 1st the GI wasn’t able to figure out that is should pull data from October 31 Thank you for your input.
BenjaminCrismanJust my excellent typing skills 😁Thank you!
meganfriesen37Thank you for the reply. This isn’t a time zone issue, we are all in the same facility and time zone.Your reply is good information that I will make note of for any future issues we might come across.
Thank you!I will investigate the customer table.
