Is there a way in a Generic Inquiry to pull the Enter Record Notes that have been entered either on the SOOrders or SOShipment screens?

Our customer service team puts notes in these field and it would be helpful to pull those note in a GI.

Thaak you!

Thank you but when I add noteID to the GI it adds a column to the output that shows a unique ID for the note not the not icon on the side of the GI.

NOTE: this is not on the SOOrders GI this is on a new GI I am working on.

Hi @Manikanta Dhulipudi I was running into similar issue for PO and using POOrder.NoteText worked for me as well. However I realize that when I Group the records by PO number, this note field goes away. Do you have any idea why that would be? Thanks in advance!

When I don’t group, this record note field shows up twice because I have two activities for this PO
When I group it because I only want to see the most recent activity for this PO, the record note disappear
