Smartsheet Integration

Using External APIs in Acumatica

We are carrying out an integration to export sales records from Acumatica Sales Order Screen into external system via third-party API, what is the best way to carry out this integration?What is the best way to send Acumatica sales data to this external API and also sales data must be sent hourly. Currently thinking of using Contract-based REST API method in Acumatica. Please let me know the right solution to go ahead with this requirement or any documents present.

Has anyone tried the 3CX integration with acumatica?

3CX is a phenomenal phone system, it come complete with webchat, video meetings, website integration, and CRM integration. The benefits of this integration peaks my interest. However, they do not boast Acumatica integration. As flexible as Acumatica is, it should still be doable, right?I have never attempted an integration before and have no idea where to start, beyond setting up my sandboxes and a 3cx instance. For anyone who wants to try it out you would have to have a free instance of 3cx and an Acumatica sandbox spun up. You can get the 3cx software here and the documentation for the integration here. Would love some feedback ô¿~

Amazon Integration

Hello Everyone, I would like integrate AMZ using project (https://github.com/Acumatica/Acumatica-AmazonIntegration/). Access Key. , Authorization Token and Access Secret need to be specified there. Error "Invalid column name" with PXSelector.SubstituteKey and PXDBScalar

Hello,I have a DAC MyCustomer that has Customer reference BAccountID. In a graph for another DAC MyPartnership I want to use a Selector to pick a MyCustomer and also shows the AcctCD by using an unbound column. The selector itself works fine, but I get errors for persisting MyPartnership or loading existing ones.The error in Trace is this.Invalid column name '[MyCustomerExt].[acctCD]'  Please note, that MyCustomer is not an Extension and I have no idea why it is looking for MyCustomerExt. Here is my code:    public class MyCustomer : IBqlTable    {        #region BAccountID        [Customer(IsKey = true)]        [PXDefault]        public virtual int? Sales Tax Avalara/Certcapture Integration force or override tax exemption in Acumatica

We implemented Avatax with Certcapture about four months ago. If I have a customer that is generally exempt but has a project that is not, I have been going into Certcapture to expire the exemption to force tax. This is a cumbersome process. Avatax has an option to set an over ride word to force tax but Acumatica does not that I know of support this. The over ride in Avatax is looking at the entity usage code field for that information. I am unable to add an over ride code into Acumatica’s entity use code field. I talked with a few people at the Summit and the only suggestion I received was to create a duplicate customer different address.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Inventory Feed to Amazon/eCommerce Marketplaces

I’m new to this forum so if this is the wrong board for this please point me in the right direction. We’re a pretty large company running Acumatica. We sell both wholesale and retail, both on our own websites as well as external marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etc. We’re currently using Celigo to facilitate an API connection between Acumatica and these platforms to import orders, but we’re looking to export inventory from Acumatica to these platforms as well. Being that we currently have over 60,000 SKUs it’s impractical for us to export our entire inventory to these platforms, so we’re looking to set up a feed that only pulls inventory from items whose inventories have changed since the last update. We’ve hit a wall with Celigo because we can’t seem to access the LastModified field on StockItems>WarehouseDetails and Celigo can’t track changes without that timestamp. Has anyone set up such an inventory field for their businesses? Push Notification to Discord

Hello Ladies and Gentleman,i drove into a problem today.I created a Push-Notification which outputs through a webhook, whenever a ticket is created, or changed, or deleted. I now would like to get these informations to Discord. Discord allows you to create a webhook URL which u technically could or should be able to paste into acumatica. But whenever i trigger the webhook, nothing gets posted inside of my Discord Server. I checked if the webhook works on pipedream. So there are definitly notifications going through the webhook.Any ideas? I don’t know what i have to do at this pointInside of Acumatica i get this Error Message: Send to target Discord failed. Message: WebHook returns not success code: BadRequest; Message: {"message": "Cannot send an empty message", "code": 50006}orSend to target Discord failed: WebHook returns not sucess code

Issue Adding Second Customer Payment through Scren Based API

Licensing a customization for a specific vertical

Has anyone solved the issue of how to license their customization that is aimed at a specific vertical in order to retain control of their IP?  We’ve been spending a lot of time working on our vertical specific dashboards, reports, and functionality during the last few months and now need to work on how to create a licensing process that will allow us to ‘turn off’ that functionality once a license expires.  We saw an example at Summit but I’m wondering if anyone else has been working on this or has an efficient way of accomplishing this.

Multi-ship feature in Shipping Integration services

I’m curious to find out if the native shipping integration services we have in Acumatica, does it have the capability to support Multi-batch shipment feature like Starship or other shipping solutions?If we integrate with EasyPost then can have have this capabilities within Acumatica or do we have to handle the multi-batch (which is multi-shipment of same order to multiple shipping address and it could be same item sent to multiple address of different quantity) Any product experts here that can verify and let us know how best to solve this real world scenario?

Sales Order Rest API -> "'Status' cannot be empty."

Hi, when we create our Sales Order using the API, we encountered this issue Response 422  Unprocessable EntityWe rarely encountered this issue, and we don’t know why it happens. In our request body, we are sure that we have the Status field.  For additional record, I have used the same request body a moment ago and the Sales Order is created but after trying now, the error shows up.Any help would be helpful. Display message in event handler

Dear community, I would like to show a message to the user from an event handler. In my case it is Events.RowInserted.I tried throw new PXException and PXSetPropertyException. Both are logged to the Trace but nothing pops up in the browser. Any help is welcome.

AppDynamics integration with Acumatica 2020R2

Hi,I have a customization project based on Acumatica and i need to use AppDynamics in order to enable runtime monitoring (response time, db calls, etc.).For webforms based applications, AppDynamics provides some javascript code to be included on master pages. Fillable Forms in The Field

We have a client we are currently implementing that has requested that their technicians be able to access fillable forms from the field. With our legacy ERP product we have done integrations to systems like FormStack and Google Forms for this function, where the technician can select the necessary form in the mobile app (example: Lead Paint Inspection Form) and the linked form is brought up (in either FormStack or Google Forms).  When this action is taken, the form is automatically named and associated with the appointment.  Once completed, the form is then attached to the appointment.My questions are:To your knowledge, has anyone done similar with Acumatica? Are their any form management apps as ISVs that offer this type of integration? Is there a better mouse-trap that we aren't considering?  Thanks in advance, Scott Gaspar

Using GI's with REST API

I have extended a Web service End Point to include the results using instructions from https://www.acumatica.com/blog/contract-based-apis-in-generic-inquiries/. and Am using a GI as a data source with Celigo (integrator.io).  The problem I’m running into is it breaks down the GI into pages and with my  $Skip formula to chunk the data into pages. I think its because all the data is in the Detail item “Result” and it sees everything as 1 big record.  I think this because to read the results correctly I had to point the resource path to “Result”   I’m at a loss here on how to fix the issue but I’m not an expert so maybe someone here has dealt with this and can help! Thanks in advance, Greg

Shipstation Integration

What is the expected functionality of the Shipstation integration? I Have installed the customization, connected the two software within Shipstation and started to set up the Shipstation configuration in Acumatica. Im having trouble getting the orders sent over to Shipstation. What has to be set up in Ship Via? Does a carrier need to be set? I have gone through the user guide sent over from kensium, but still cant get the order sent over. While the Shop for rates functionality be available with this connection. I can’t find any valid resources to provide me with this information. Can you help?

Has anyone integrated Acumatica with PunchOut2Go?  I know Paramount Workplace has an integration as part of their larger solution but the customer only needs the punch out functionality.  They would like to integrate with Purchase Requests and Requisitions.   https://www.punchout2go.com/
