Have been trying to import an invoice into the system, but while importing it throws and error as shown below: This error also gets triggered while I am trying to create the same invoice( Invoice Number: INV-0035) manually into the Invoices and Memos form.Whereas when I am trying to import other invoices (of different invoices numbers) the system is accepting it.Can anyone let me know the reason for this error getting triggered for this single invoice number and the resolution.Thank you in Advance.
Hello linkies,I would like to have a clarification on the Complete Order option which under More Menu of the Sales Orders(SO301000) screen. I have been trying to modify the status of an order from Open to Completed without creating any shipments.Even when the Completed checkbox is active at the line level, the status of the Sales Order still remains to be Open as shown below: Kindly let me know the use of Complete Order option for the same. Hello! I’m having an issue with the sync between my BigCommerce store and my Acumatica Sandbox environment. I have a customer that will not sync to Bigcommerce. Previously it had been syncing to our Bigcommerce stores, but I believe that at one point the account on the Bigcommerce side had been deleted. Now, when I go to process data (or sync from sync history), the sync runs indefinitely. It does not throw an error, it just keeps going with no result. I’ve tried re-creating the customer in BigCommerce and changing the external ID on the sync to match the new one. That did not clear up the issue. Any ideas?

After unpublishing the customization package in one or multiple instances and again trying to re-publish, the system throws the below mentioned error exception:System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\Acumatica ERP\Administrator\.vs\Administrator\FileContentIndex\write.lock' because it is being used by another process.There isn’t any other customizations that have been published before.Can anyone please guide us out the reason of this exception message.Thank you.
