Hi Everyone, I am adding a new employee in acumatica. After I saved the document, the system generate a new ref nbr.but, when I go back in the Employees Generic Inquiry. I didn't see any details for Employee E00424. Is there any set up I need to reflect the employee set up? Thank you !!!
I have set up an approval in request with 3 steps: Approval Level 1 (<1K), Approval Level 2(1K-2K), Approval Level 3(>2K). How can I also set up the notification such that after level 1 approve for <1K (request status becomes open), level 2 and 3 does not need to approve, but system will send notification to notify the level 2 and level 3. And also, after level 1 and level 2 approve(1K-2K), level 3 does not need to approve, but it will send notification to notify level 3 that request has been open.
HiI have the BigCommerce (BC) connector.I import Sales Orders from BC using an Order Type called EO.I have EO type setup to go ONHOLD when createdI created a Business Event of type Record Inserted on a GI to remove the hold using an Import Scenario.When I create EO on SO301000 screen by hand, the BE triggers fine. Within 3 seconds.When I create EO using BC, nothing happens. The new EO appears on the GI, meaning it pics it up, but the BE never triggers.I have seen this behavior before on other functions where a transaction that’s created programmatically DOES NOT trigger a BE.Why is that?
Does anyone know of a method or 3rd party product that will integrate Paypal with Acumatica so that a refund on a Paypal payment can be initiated in Acumatica instead of requiring this to be done directly in Paypal?
An employee recently departed from our company. I need to know what unexpected / unintended consequences of disabling the departed employee as an Acumatica user. If the departed employee were to return can we “re-enable” him and he would have all of his histories, notes, set up? Can other employees access all of the departed employees work, notes, histories? Are we better off leaving the departed employee active and just change his Acumatica password?
Hello I have issued shipment for delivery free item, I created 1 sales order with free item. The simulation, If the customer order with specific item n specific quantity, customer will get 1 free item .In these SO, the item for sales and item for free item from different warehouse .After SO created, the sales admin proceed for the shipment , coz the item from different warehouse we make 2 shipment in 1 SO .But, When we process shipment for Free Item, the quantity display 0. We checked the SO , free item show 1 unit .Anyone, please tell me how to solved it .
Hello,Is there functionality to default a sales order (or any other report for that matter) version based on the customer? The base requirement is to be able to dynamically change the format of the report and versioning makes the most amount of sense without creating multiple overlays within the same report.The idea would be that “Print Sales Order” would dynamically spit out the correct version without the user having to go in the report itself and select the version and then run it. Even if this needs to be a customization I would be curious if it’s possible.Thanks in advance,
I have an Business Event looking for record changes in a simple Generic Inquiry, with an Import Scenario as the Subscriber. The intent was to record both the current and previous values with the Import Scenario. Having to choose either the Results or PreviousResults as the Provider Object seems to prevent access to the other. Is there a way to accomplish this?
